Why is it so hard for some folks to grasp not every one in this world is going to be lean? I'm a happily married man for 21 yrs to a beautiful wife with 2 great kids, I get my BP monitored monthly, I just had a full heart check up that came back good to go. Yeah I know I'm a fat guy, don't you think I can see that? So now a question for you why do you  feel you need to try and fat shame every fat person out there? I really truly could give two fucks what you think of me, your opinion is null and void in my life.

I'm trying to bring some life to a POWERLIFTING board and fucks like you come on here and blast people. Hmmmm.......wonder why none of the top people post on Getbig. Hmmmm............could it be because of fucks like you? Ding Ding Ding Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!

Do some research jackass as I said before I've been lean I've been fat I've been weak I've been strong but never ever a Bitch like you.

So now to your question......

Meal one ~ 1 cup of oats with 2 tbsp. brown sugar 6 whole eggs and Sugar Free Apple juice (like crystal light)
Meal two ~ 7 ounces of beef jerky, banana and a Diet Dew
Meal three ~ foot long pizza sub
Meal four ~ Hot Heads Hawaiian burrito
Meal five ~ 6 ounces of ham lunch meat 1 large bun 2 servings baked cheddar chips
Meal six ~ Creatine Drink and a Protein shake plus banana

That's it for today and that's pretty typical of most days

Dough Boy Strong!!! And I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed in your skills, you tried to get under my skin and I'm still laughing. Cause again your views your opinions your thoughts are null and void to me. You will never be number 1 in your sport but I'm close to number 1 in my sport even if I look like number 2 in your eyes. Hahaha see I can fat shame to, your SKILLS ARE WEAK :)

Insane. Quality of reps, physique, diet, what does any of this matter? Hes toying with 315lbs in a way >0.01% of humans in history can. Just appreciate the video, as he stated this IS the Powerlifting board. I dont usually post here although i do read the threads and ill admit i am incredibly impressed by Mike, always have been.

I suggest you take a more respectful tone on this board, towards everyone. It's a board about powerlifting/strongman/strength training,  if you want to critique his form or numbers or style whatever, go ahead, in a respectful manner. If you want to talk about his physique, I'd suggest you keep that respectful as well or you could find your way to a different area of getbig to attack and flame people.
