Title: post pec tear training

I tore my pec partially 3 months ago during our favorite exercise BB bench press-I havent done anything except light weights for arms some back and shoulders-i elected not to get surgery but who knows i might one day-as this injury sucks-my chest llooks diff and am weaker-i am also a jiujitsu mma guy and now i only hit the bag-I wanna really cut up and keep most the muscle I have-I am 43 been on trt and deca for four years-any suggestions how much cardio and training i should do and up the protein? thx
