neck 18"
shoulders(around) 57"
shoulders width 22.5"
chest 48
waist 33
arms 17 3/8
thighs 25
calves 15.5
height 6'3.5
weight 218lbs i think

Wouldn't it be better if people added their measurements to your already established "Gallery of Getbiggers" thread? Measurements without a picture are pretty pointless, especially considering everyone is going to claim 22'' arms.

neck 18, chest 46, arms almost 16 :'(, waist about 38 :'(, but i have a ?, how do you measure shoulders? i have nevr heardof such a thing!

Mine tend to fluctuate a little.
They generally sit around
Body weight 210lbs
biceps 19.5in flexed
forearms 14.5in
chest 49in
waist 29.5in
thighs 27in
calves 17in
neck 17in

just measure with tape measure around them and their width, doe easy enough.
for width i open 2 cupboards stand in them and get some one to press against me till the touch, then just step back and measure.

Your looking to measure the widest circumfrance, usually 3/4 the way up your quad.

Actually the nickname was given to me in high school by competitors from other teams. As a senior I was in the 100 M at a local track meet-a freshman from the other team told her coach she DID NOT want to run the race because "the Beast is in it." Well, her coach told my coach who told me. I was just bigger then all the other girls, always very muscular and the nickname always made me laugh.
Now, 6 years later the guys I lift with call me the beast because of my mentality and my strength. If I wasn't a figure competitor I would definitely take a shot at powerlifting...just because I am small doesn't mean I am not tough!

well you dont look like a beast or butch or anything manish. you were bigger than the girls in high school? the case usually is that the girls in high school are bigger in the flabby sense. anyway you don't look like you squat more than most guys like get bigger said and from the pics i saw in your website i hope you never do ;)

Yes Ill post pic's, and No Ive never used steroids,gh, insulin, thyroids etc.

chest: 53 relaxed
shoulder around: Past 60
Waist: 37 but no love handles.
arms: 20 1/4 cold
thigh: 29
calf:18 1/4
hght: 5'10"

315 this year....hopefully 400 next! Oh and thanks for the comnpliments, I have always been very muscular-at every dance my group would ask me to flex. Just my genetics.
