Title: Video of me Deadlifting 180kg at IDFPA Single Lifts

This is a video of me deadlifting 180kg at 81kg bodyweight 46 years old at the Irish Drug Free powerlifting Assocition Irish Single Lift Championships in Gorey on Sun I am very pleased to say this lift qualified me to compete in the Irish Team at the World Single Lift Championships in Wales in June.

Thanks Chaos I am doing another local comp this Sat coming where I am going to try and lift 185kg by the the time of the Worlds in June I would love to lift 190kg.
