one of the best gigs ever
axl sang the songs better than ive ever heard them and Angus was on fire

I was pretty sceptical on this at first.
Hell Axl and co. Could not decide on the setlist with out lawyers.
With AC/DC having a no bull reputation clash seemed inevitable.
Seems that Axl has behaved and that all for better for everyone.
From ACDCs standpoint there ain't so many screamers out there.
You just cant employ any Karaoke king who will melt in front of 80,000 people.

But I went and saw Pat Benetar a few nights ago at a small outdoor show.
Damn that girl can still sing and her husband is a heck of a guitar player.
It's funny how you forget how many hits she had back in the day.
...cool venue, $10.00 and you could bring your own coolers and lawn chairs.

He has the right voice.
A 6 octave range is nothing to sneeze at.
GNRs problem was always Axl's ego and mentality. If he knows his job is to shut up and sing, then all will remain good.

i hate when they do this it's just not the same , like when paul rogers took over for the departed freddy mercury in queen... as great as paul rogers is it's not the same as the real thing. paul was great in free, bad company , the firm. the law and solo career..

Rodgers was awful in Queen. No wonder John Deacon quit.
