I currently using half a pill - 12.5mg Aromasin ED and one pill - 20mg Nolvadex ED (Northern Pharma) as well. I am taking my Cabergoline 1x a week @0.5mg because my pills are 1mg and was told not to exceed 0.5 on my mildish cycle. I know Caber should be taken E3D at least due its halflife of nearly/approximately 3 days (63-69 hours).
My cycle is 500mg test e, 400 deca, 30 dbol.
Do I need all of the above, or can I drop some of these items. I am prone to gyno and estrogenic/progestogenic side effects from steroids. Reason I ask is because I want to use minimal amount of drugs. Whatever is useless, I will discontinue or reduce.

Once I had a complete understanding of how Aromasin works I discarded it's half life as being irrelevant to dosing effectively and have been very happy at what would be considered infrequent doses by bro knowledge pundits. I use 12.5 24 hours after a 250mg test shot and am fine for that week - at 500mg /wk (test) I may dose as high as 3 12.5 doses through out the week. I used to do daily or every other day dosing and would never go back to that with Aromasin. It does seem to be highly individual , but I think that with aromasin specifically, there is a tendency to dose too much and too frequently than is really necessary.
To be clear this applies only to aromasin, not letro or adex which DO have everything to do with half life because of the mechanisms they work through.

aromasin irreversible binds to the receptor of the aromatase enzyme (IIRC), so that its deactivated (basically killed).... this lasts for longer than the actual half life of aromasin (which is said to be around 8 hours. the effects seem to last a couple days though)....
adex and letro just bind to estrogen molecules (reversibly), if you stop taking them then estrogen gets freed up again

How often are you swapping compounds and fucking with the dose, ime its the fluctuations in hormone levels due to erratic dosing and not taking esters into account with injection frequency that will cause slingshots in your levels of est/prog as its attempts to constantly balance out in response to the androgens.
If ive ever experienced sides its just starting or just after stopping, if i get an itch the 3rd day in i do jack shit, stick to the dosing schedule and its completely gone by the end of the week no matter how much of whatever i run.
I am not immune to gyno btw, if for example i was blasting dbol on workout days with no way around the erratic dosing I'd block estrogen from affecting it with tamoxifen before crippling my estro with an inhibitor.
This approach may only work for myself but take a look at your dosing schedule and consider upping frequency, ill even do enanthate eod.

I would rate letro second and adex last.

Tbh I have zero clue where my estrogen stands at as we speak nor have i ever known. I follow these guides i have read. They say that aromasin should be taken everyday, whether 6.25mg, 12.5, 18.75, or 25mg ed. At around 300mg test, asin should be taken 12.5 ed. 600mg and above asin should be taken at 25mg ed. What do you guys think about that? I feel like unsteady levels of estrogen could cause side effects like acne, so it's better to take it ed. But i also feel like i might be crushing my estrogen levels and hindering my gains and ruining my libido.
