A legend is gone. At 92, RIP. None of the current crop of bodybuilders and weight lifters will make that age.

he competed in 4 olympics and won gold in the 1952 olympics in the 198 class. his highest total was 1200 lbs. when he won the gold he was fired from his job , not greeted by anyone when he came home and he and his wife and 2 kids lived in poverty as he did minimum wage jobs.

Look at the tree trunk legs from the old fashion split method of Olympic lifting. I think a lot of athletes would really benefit from that method of lifting.
