Title: Mike Francois - 1997 Olympia
Post by: Nether Animal on September 21, 2016, 05:21:31 PM
He was already sick here but he didn't know the full extent of it yet. He did the show anyway.

He was on shit like prednisone so his look suffered quite a bit.

Dorian had small ankles. It made his calves look extra large. Compare ankle thickness with Mike there.

Horribly overrated bodybuilder. Favorited only because of the color of his skin.

His quads were so much better than Dorians. Then again, pretty much everyone's quads were better than Dorians. Same goes for midsection, biceps and pecs.

Francois looking way better than dorian relaxed from the front there, dorian looked like a box with small arms, francois thicker across the chest and arms with smaller waist. Turn them around and dorian takes it

Ssxa. NO! It's called being closer to the camera!!!! By a lot.. ( Clairmont ) And you should know this! Charles may have been taller but did not have Mikes muscle and density. He is closer and more forward to the camera. And yes, mikes abs were always washed out after his NPC days. Weird, and a shame as every other body part is on point!

Read that he was a Firefighter...

Read on RX he was a firefighter in KY, but retired and does personal training full time now.
Slimmed down quite a bit, but still looks lean, healthy and decently muscular.
That's the way to go out, with your health, career, and looks in tact (assuming you had looks in the first place).

Devon97: Mike at his first and only Olympia placed low. So he did not win every show he entered. He came out of the NPC, when he turned pro and won 3 major shows right out of the gate. Then he got sick.

No. Long torso, small pecs, narrow structure, high lats. He looked good, sure. But multiple flaws.

I think it was more that he was starting to develop a romantic relationship with a female so he figured out the priesthood wasn't his real calling

agreed mate, I know someone with it, fucking life changing stuff.

Same here.  I was hospitalized in late 2008 with a nasty case of diverticulitis.  My stupid ass felt the pain for a day or two before my fever shot off the chart and I thought I was dying.

One week later, antibiotics had cured the infection, but I had to take it easy and attend my diet much closer.

I thought I was doing okay until Oct. 2013, at which point the diverticulitis struck again.  That time, two weeks of antibiotics didn't even touch it, so I had surgery that left me with a stoma and colostomy bag for almost six months.  In early/mid-2014 I underwent the reversal surgery, whereby the ill part of my guts were removed, sewn back together, and the bag was no longer required.  It took awhile for everything to heal after that, but I was lucky.

I digress.

While I was waiting to be discharged with the bag, one of my nurses and I wound up talking about her eldest granddaughter, a kid of nine who was diagnosed with Crohn's.  There I was, feeling sorry for myself because I'd lost so much weight and -- oooo! -- missed my weekly 250 mg T Enanthate dose, only to come face-to-face with a sweet young grandmother and her darling little one coping with, and bravely fighting, something waaaay beyond that which affected me.  She wheeled me down to my fiancé's car when I was finally discharged, at which point I'm not embarrassed to say I wept like an old woman as I embraced her and said goodbye.

TLDL, I know ;). But for those of you who appreciate it, that was from the soul...such as mine is, between the G4P, tranny worship, Muzzie-loving, fake gear and ... Eh.  Fill in the gaps as you might, gents :)

Sidious aka Dorian Cutlerman aka Lodz aka Pec T. Oral (but maybe scratch that last one ... That might've been my handle at muscle mayhem dot com.  Damn, I'm getting old.  Soon enough I'll have to join my nignog Wes in the old folks' home :D).
