Title: arm problems

I have being having troubles with the elbow joint not on the elbow but on the inside .after training bis today the pain was preety bad.Like a cramp could hardly move  was just my left now my right seems to have gone out in sympathy.Gave them a good icing when came home all good now .Never had pain like it in 10 years of lifting .Maybe getting old? who knows Im only 32 any ideas do not want to stop trainning ???

inside pain...most likely bicep tendinitus. as far as something to fix it???? beats me dude, ive been fighting that pain for years myself. it comes and goes. ice after workouts, i usually put of some type of heating rub (icy hot/ tiger balm) on my elbows and biceps before the workout, and anti inflams bro.

i hope someone has more suggestions....cause mine are killing me as well.

you over worked your arm. ive had the exact same thing hapin to me. as for what to do, goeasy on your arms for the nexed week or so till things losen up agen, and constently strech it out.

Thanks guys .I am hoping I have just overdone things .Just weird never had any thing like it before but i WILL follow your advice CHeers. :)

HI I have the same pain in my left arm  where the fore are muscle meets the the elbow  I been resting it about 5 week  still hurt  when I put weight on it or curl  I hurt it when I was do some push up beween some chairs   it feels like it is not getting better
