My girlfriend and me fight every night, morning. becuase i snore to much and it only happens when im on steroid... and she is begging me to go off... souloutions ????

Hello, I remember the posing coach of sadik saying sadik was snoring way too much at the hotel before a show, it happen on every aas You use ? i've read that it can come from too much weight gains just make sure first you don't have sleep apnea

for me its bodyweight and food related... when i sleep with a full stomach i always snore like crazy. same at higher bodyweights (which goes hand in hand pretty much). tren can also make it harder to breathe at times...
my girlfriend never got a single night of full sleep when we slept together. either it was me snoring or grabbing her ass at night lol
right now 8 weeks into a bulk and i snore so loud that my roommates can hear me with a wall and 10 feet distance in between when im getting up later ;D ;D

It make sense I'm on a heavy cycle and I see daily changes. I'm trying to gain good weight before I shred the fat. I started to drink 100gr oats 3-4times a day and like Jizmo said about full stomach it may cause the snoring.. my stomach is always full atm

When you're big and juiced up your neck gets thicker and tense, your heart is working harder and your blood is probably a lot more viscous. When you start juicing harder and getting bigger the problem becomes exacerbated, especially if the growth is quick and the cycle is heavy hitting.
To combat this I really had to slim down. Call me a twink or whatever, but being an inflated balloon with high blood pressure and puffy, disproportioned body parts is not only ugly but it's unhealthy. It stopped being appealing to me when I decided to look better year-round and try doing as safely as I can without getting lazy and cutting corners. When I get bigger after a more deliberate health initiative, I found that I'm able to tolerate it a lot more. But when I start blowing up too quickly or run too much gear the snoring comes back.
I'm lucky to not have sleep apnea, but it was really a wake up call when a few people called me out on falling asleep constantly and snoring like a chainsaw. Sometimes it's benign and you can just sleep with a mouth guard, but it's an indication to start an inquiry and see which opportunities there are towards better health.

Really...no sleep apnea?...Falling asleep constantly and snoring loudly are the two primary symptoms. "Mouth guards" are looked on as being ineffective by my physician....you might need a cpap....

I took a long time in isolating the right type of mattress, pillows, setup a good sleep schedule and developed proper sleep hygiene, and also do a lot of stretching and postural stuff. I think that it helps. Also keeping the unnecessary bulk off my body and staying away from tren really helps.
Sleep obstruction is a major barometer for me. If my sleep gets fucked up, I know to scale back the shit I'm taking and start taking care of my health instead.

Same here. On cycle I snore like a chain saw. When I'm cruising I get less complaints.

I snore bad when training hard and my body weight is up.
at 220 im not bad, at 260 its like a chain saw next to your head. When I am going up like that to be on stage, I sleep in the spare room for a few weeks.
Shit even the dogs leave when im 250 hehe.
