HI guys,
Just wanted to see if anyone has had this before? My lower rear delt hurts when i do tricep pushdowns and incline bench, it makes my arm feel weaker. I know its not rotator cuff, Ive had that before. Im able to do shoulder presses and incline presses. I can put my finger on the pain if I reach with my fingers and press it a little bit. Would any of you have any suggestions?
