Im 3 weeks out from my second men’s physique contest, i inject
300mg trenbolone acetate
500mg test E
300mg masteron
40mg clenbu daily
anavar
And 1 tabs arimidex EOD

Any advices ?

Switch to prop, shoot 1ml and top rest of the barrel up with mast/tren eod, drop the prop the week before...


Dont carb up if you don't need to, if your tight and looking good dont fuck it up depleting and loading...


I hate men's physique, you do look good tho...

I dont understand your dosage of injectable, is that EOD or weekly dosage ?

switch to a faster ester in order to minimize water retention, unless you are taking other stuff for that. Still doesnt hurt
