i have never posted on bodybuilding boards before but i thought i would let you guys know about a good friend of mine.
since i sold my gym last gym last year ,the wife and i got sponsered by fairtex gym now we are training there full time ,one of my good mates came down 6 weeks ago to train with me and they have just signed him up for to fight for them,i got a call a few days ago from the manger they signed a contract for his first Pride fight in japan on aug 23 ,so i cant wait i will be in his corner ,i am chief water boy ;D ;D ;D
he is 6'2'' and 254 at about 8% body fat he hopes to be around the 260-265 by his fight if the diet and training progam i have worked out goes to plan .

i was in Thailand last month asking about Fairtex, every body knew about them but no one could tell me where it was. I was told Pattaya and Bangkok, i wanted to go to Pattaya becuase they had a big place and had meals for bodybuilders but F*cked if i could find it, i was staring to think maybe i heard wrong maybe you can tell me where it is, i will be there again later this year.

follow the link through my site and it has all there contact details ,fairtex is on north pattaya road or pattaya nua down near the dolphin roundabout .the dorm rooms are really nice and it has a good slection of meals in the cafeteria ,the 5star hotel will be open in aug if you want to stay in luxury .
