Title: Why should tax payers support drug rehab ?

I'm totally against Gov sponsored drug rehab programs.
Now, I see all kinds of politicians talking about the evils of opioid ( heroine drugs) addiction.

If you get hooked on drugs, it's your own damn fault.

Agreed.

Their problem, not mine.

No private citizen should be paying for it.
