People have to just start calling groups like Antifa for what they really are - radical communists and anarchists.
Calling them "anti-racist/fascist protesters" makes them appear to the average layman as being harmless or even righteous.

Antifa has been around in Europe for decades (at least in the UK). It's become more an umbrella term to describe any violent far-left protest group. I thought Black Bloc was just the name of a tactic they use; dressing in similar all-black attire and making it difficult to distinguish between the individuals.

Here's a little untold story about occupy Wall Street.
Little by little homeless in the area saw some easy pickings in the park where the leftists were set up. When Macs started disappearing, the leftists realized that it's more fun to share the stuff of other people that it is their own. So, they took off. By the time the cops went in there and broke things up, it was essentially just a homeless squat.

Unfortunately, it lost focus as every loudmouth with an agenda used it as a platform for their pet project, and predictably failed to win popular support as it drifted into a far left dreadlock circus. At it's inception, however, it was right on target.

Originally, it was. Now, in France at least, they call those groups "Black Bloc/ks" as a whole. At first, France having a very "leftist" political culture, they were seen kindly by the media. But since last year, things have changed.

Agreed. I had high hopes for occupy, but it quickly turned into a freak show and then just homeless encampments. The far left is so whiny they ruin everything that has a chance to actually create good change.
