It's exactly like in your 40s you will start getting greys.happens to everyone sometime,I have a friend and him and his brother went full grey around 20.I think grey hair looks awesome can't wait for mine to turn.

Graying often begins when one is in their 40's.

It'd hereditary. Dad was grey early and guess what? Me too. Balding is hereditary FYI.
Again you need meat. Hemeiron for hemeglobin. Iron does what in the body? Carries oxygen, hth.
