I've dropped 110lbs since last August. Rebuilt a good deal of muscle. Strength is actually quite good considering a constant caloric deficit. Continuing to lean out. People sometimes get fat and stay that way. I had a health scare that contributed to weight gain and getting super fat. Saw my doctor. Got it figured out. Hit diet, cardio, weights hard and in best shape I've been in 12-15 years and still improving. My bloodwork is fantastic now.
Is TA leaner than me? Probably. Is he stronger than me? Don't know.
MOS is healthy, strong and improving weekly....and the wife is all over me 8) and my daughter is SUPER proud of Daddy ;) .......that's what I care about that.

I've dropped 110lbs since last August. Rebuilt a good deal of muscle. Strength is actually quite good considering a constant caloric deficit. Continuing to lean out. People sometimes get fat and stay that way. I had a health scare that contributed to weight gain and getting super fat. Saw my doctor. Got it figured out. Hit diet, cardio, weights hard and in best shape I've been in 12-15 years and still improving. My bloodwork is fantastic now.
Is TA leaner than me? Probably. Is he stronger than me? Don't know.
MOS is healthy, strong and improving weekly....and the wife is all over me 8) and my daughter is SUPER proud of Daddy ;) .......that's what I care about that.

Now the Packers are asking all fans in the stadium to lock arms in solidarity with the team. I guess the league figures the cheeseheads are the most brainwashed fans. If it ends in boos and revolt then the NFL will start to act in the fans interest.

It's pretty ironic that Aaron Rodgers came out (not out of the closet yet) and asked fans to lock arms when his own family doesn't even talk to him.
