It's an American chain gym. Bally's contracts Basile to come to the USA and teach his Hypertrophy Theory to gym goers. These gym goers eagerly drink their protein shakes as they await Mr. Basile's knowledge about hypertrophy.

Really in the end how is his theory any special, ie warm up with a movement then do many heavy high reps/sets to failure, then rest that muscle for several days and repeat
the only thing that is horseshit is the part where you only work a bodypart or 2 and the rest will grow as a result lol
