BUT, my question is a "tongue in cheek" jab at Hillary bashers.
It's NOT to be taken literally LOL.
Obviously, we all know she was never actually found guilty of a crime and sent to prison.
I voted for her last election and will freely admit Hill and Bill pulled some shady stuff over the years.
BUT, like it or not, she's never been convicted . That's basic reality.

Believe it or not it annoys me too.
Some slick operators get away with stuff while others get busted.
It happens in everything from sports to politics.
While the Clintons did some good stuff, they also hurt some decent people along the way.
For example, it would have been nice for the dems to have nominated a GOOD candidate in 2016

So what is your issue? You basically admit that you can do illegal/bad things and get away with it without a conviction. Happens a lot for those in power. You defeat your own argument.
I fully admit that I highly doubt anything will happen to her. Is she guilty? There is no doubt of that.

BUT it didn't rise to the level of a criminal act.
Shady, and suspicious is NOT grounds for conviction regardless of how anyone feels.
