Anyone else get little to no strength gains on HGH?
-
You should really not get any other than related to weight gain tendon health it's not Anabolic really with out insulin well I take that back you may see small gains 5-6 months down the road from satalite cells but yeah no strength pretty much
-
Yeah actually my strength is actually a little down from the Carpal Tunnel

This ^. A little water retention could also lead to small strength gains. As you say, carpel tunnel will lead to the opposite!

I don't get much for strength gains on GH. Actually it makes it a bit more difficult to make strength gains because the increased pump is so intense with GH it can actually hinder the number of reps that can be done. The weight feels light, but as the set goes on it becomes harder because of the pump even though the weight feels light.

Interesting
So does that mean its better to train heavier and lower reps on it since higher reps hinder you?
-
I do both, but easier to train heavier and lower reps, which I like more anyway.

You're a beast im sure
What's your bench ;D
-
The main reasons of using HGH is the desire of weight loss - https://steroidssaleguide.com/hgh-the-secret-of-good-health-and-perfect-body-shape-was-uncovered/ (https://steroidssaleguide.com/hgh-the-secret-of-good-health-and-perfect-body-shape-was-uncovered/), if you want to get the perfect body and fix metabolism, activity support. It's not for strength gain.

if it's who I think he's pretty jacked really jacked probably not though I think he used to right cycles or talk about using gh years ago 10iu 3x a week

Gh is over rated as hell I don't give a shit what anyone says
-
if your are an old fart strength gains will be amazing.
Long term hgh (3 IU and above) use increases strength - read science articles bitches!

What have you used for GH? I've never heard many people say GH is over rated.

Growth hormone, in and of itself, has shown no impacts on strength (or most other measures of athletic performance) via the entire body of literature.
There has been minor support of the hypothesis that it can impact anaerobic capabilities, such as sprint capacity. However, this was only seen in one trial so its highly debatable. In fact, that same trial found no improvements in VO2 consumption, strength, or explosive power measured by jump height.
Any and all performance enhancements by GH seem to be mediated via androgens.
-
The increased strengh could be from the increased water retention/bodyweight too

Don't think it's benefit is improved performance, more like improved recovery btw training sessions
My boxing coach used it and he said it definitely improved recovery time

Yes, anecdotally speaking, I would also tend to agree it might have this benefit as well.

So I've been using Ansomone HGH for the past 3 months at 4IU per day...most noticeable thing is the recovery.
I barely get sore now. Been dieting for past 6 weeks and fat loss seems easier than without HGH. Also muscles have a
slightly fuller/rounder look. Really interested to see what HGH can do at around 8IU a day ;D

With GH, often it isn't going to be how much you are using but rather how you are using it. This is even more relevant for those using it as part of a dietary stack...
Hint: there is a finite amount of lipolytic potential that can be elicited by GH at any one time
-
shit i definitly stronger. read growing young with hgh, there are a lot of studies that show significant strength gain.
Your muscle mass and bone mass is growing... Look NFL ppls and you will see long term hgh sides effects make them look like mutants.
Dont tell me ghg does not increase strenght. Try it for couple of years at 4+ range.

Can you please post one (make sure they are not studies that co-administer androgens)?
In my "GH and Hypertrophy" article, I cited numerous studies across the literature supporting the hypothesis that GH has no direct impact on strength, as has been seen in young bodybuilders, healthy male adults, healthy elderly subjects, and even frail elderly subjects.
The only time I've seen GH have any impact on strength is when administered to clinically GHD subjects, however this is acute in nature and not always seen even in these subject groups.

i have to get my book to check the studies. for me it did, although i was taking test with it.
My bones are 120-130% of what they were 3 and half years ago. I do deads 505 pounds for 5 reps, before i could barely do 1-2 reps with 4 plates.
I dont train for strength just do squats deads etc.

Yes, please let me know what you can find.

Correct, there are synergistic characteristics that GH can have with anabolics, however we must not confuse the fact that it is the anabolics making us stronger and not the GH. Where GH tends to shine is in its ability to impact the extracellular matrix (e.g. think collagen synthesis).
-
Well indirectly sure HGH promote strengh gain from water retention, joint support and repair and increased overall recovery. However its very different than lets say an Anadrol that will immediatly improve your CNS capacity.

Strength gains oh HGH??? LOL... Total myth!!
HGH, on its own, does very little, if anything, to promote athletic performance - ie strength gains, run faster, jump higher, etc. If anyone on this forum is using HGH for strength gains, then shame on them because they are clueless to the purpose of the drugs they put in their body... PERIOD!
Now, HGH does have benefits - it is proven to aid tremendously in recovery from strenuous workouts, fat burning, faster healing (injuries etc). It does generate new muscle cells, when used with anabolics, however, to generate the extreme muscle we see today, it takes doses that are extreme! At those dosages you will encounter a slew of unwanted sides - jaw growth, foot growth, accelerated LVH, very high blood pressure (dangerously high considering the long term usage required), possible growth of other internal organs. No strength gains though!

bro, try 1-2g test with 10-15 IU GH for a year and 1-2 g test with no gh....
I am sure you will have added more strength by using gh compared to no using. In the long run gh is a game changer also in the strength game.

15u of pharma HGH is proven to provide definite organ growth and accelerated LVH... that's about it, really. Yes, you will also grow when using at least 2g of test with it, plus other gear. But I haven't read any study that proves HGH alone increases strength and my experience is that it doesnt. In fact, it was never used or proposed for such purpose (strength increases). It is, however, proven to help with recovery, fat burning, healing and generation of new muscle cells.
I agree with you that the effect of 2g test is much more enhanced when combined with HGH, as compared to 2g test alone. However, the difference is from the regenerative and recovery benefits of HGH, also new cell growth. In that regard, and because you recover much faster while on hgh, then yes, you are correct - your strength will increase faster.
-

I would be careful claiming that hyperplasia and healing are "proven" effects of GH, both are far from conclusive.

My apologies.. you are correct regarding hyperplasia. It hasn't been definitively proven with HGH.
