I think it would be noticble because all the studies they gain muscle not having lifted. Granted if they played sports did Manuel labor it would help.

well when I see chinese kids with crazy thighs or black kids at age 9 with solid pecs, abs and arms without spending a minute in the gym I kinda think genetics plays a significant role.

look at fat guys with crazy, huge, veiny muscular calves.  evem me, I can train arms one time a month and they stay bigger, stronger and more muscular than many folks.....my back not so much LOL.

We probably all know at least one person who ran gear but couldn’t be arsed to train properly only to look like shit and still look untrained. 3 brothers I know who were naturally skinny have ran steroids several times in a period of a few years and never even looked average untrained man size, they were “training” on a barbell of about 30kg, with a mismatched selection of plastic concrete filled weights with missing collars so they wrapped the bar in selotape so it was too thick for the weights to slide off so the weight could never be changed

Yes but obviously if you had high test and elevated igf1 you would have good genetics. I know I looked I been fairly large only doing benching doing barbell rows once a week like the last mentzer heavy duty said

True.  My highschool had a championship wrestling team.  Most of those guys had good physiques and they never worked out in the gym.  Just wrestling practice and conditioning drills..  You just need some form of resistance training.

being muscular has nothing to do with lifting

people go to the gym for a number of reasons, for example to hurt themselves by doing exercises that are dangerous (deadlifts, squats etc) or because they're homosexual.

average gym rat should spend less time lifting and more time doing cardio and focusing on diet

Cliff Notes: Guys on extra testosterone and no exercise got bigger than guys who lifted and had no testosterone added. If you lift and add testosterone you will get even bigger.

But if you even trained a hour or 2 a week it and had a half as active lifestyle you could be really close to your maximum muscular build so most of the other shit it all just for a few extra lbs.

There was this dude  who had some kind of severe illness   (I think it was HIV ).... all of the sudden he was muscular!  everyone was like "damn youve been hitting the gym hard" ...he was like "nah', I  only do Yoga and push ups but since I was prescribed steroids everyone thinks I'm lifting weights "
