My opinion is that it is going to happen in Japan, and it'll be carried out by the Chinese to avenge what the Japanese did to them during the WWII.
Depending on how big the conflict is, and whether the rest of the world is involved in WWIII, I see the entire Japanese population wiped off the map.
The Chinese hate for the Japanese is intense and silent, which is the worst kind of hate. The Japanese government's attitude to their military's excesses in Asia during WWII hasn't helped, it's only made the entire situation a lot worse.

I’ll say India and Pakistan are likely to produce it one way or the other. They hate each other and something for real is going to go down one of these years.

I don’t see it happening in the US. Whites aren’t intermarrying at a very high percentage and blacks are killing themselves off. Moreover, with governments strapped financially at every level all of the social programs which promote reproducing are going to fall by the wayside shortly. Plus we have an administration that’s actually cracking down on illegal immigration and looking to make legal immigration merit based.
Europe, on the other hand, is fucked.

Blame the Democrats, their "Great Society" and the personal ignorance and slothfulness of people. As for "class", it is earned and not given. It's not a birthright but the product of behavior.
This should be known by all but is routinely ignored by those that the Democrats feign so pusillanimously to "defend". There are plenty of "white trash" people too, you know. But Democrats affix "class" primarily to skin color and why? To assuage their libtardian white guilt and all at the expense of the truth.
And the truth is that the "Great Society" failed because it failed to promote honor, hard work, family and so much more instead replacing those with welfare checks and the promise of payment for a vote.
Jealous people will envy only those they consider their betters and demand equality without working for it. Equal under the law, yes. But not under the sun.
Another thought to consider is that if you continue to fill a cage with rats, no matter the color of their fur they will ultimately turn on one another.

India is a solid guess, they've been wanting to go at each other for decades.
And when in doubt always think Africa. They've got a mix of religions, politics, etc..... Plus lots of outside interests peering in, angling for a foothold. Africa is always a safe bet for something interesting to pop off in.
