Title: Better to Rebound From an Injury/Layoff With a Heavy Cycle or a Lighter Cycle?
Post by: NickEdge779 on February 18, 2018, 03:17:03 PM
Say you have had an injury/surgery/long break from the gym. Is it better to come back fresh to the gym and immediately start a heavy cycle and switch to a good diet and just blow up like a m'fer or is it better to use a lighter cycle and then transition to a heavier cycle after you recoup most of your gains after 2 months or so back in the gym and on a bodybuilding diet

I.e. running high test and tren straight out of the gate from day 1 back in the gym, or wait a few months to run something like this and opt for just 500mg test for 2 months while you recover your lost gains

I would personally use the second option, but then I'm old and tend to be somewhat conservative for this crowd.

Ramp up slowly

First 8 weeks natural
Then some 250-300mg test
Then bump test or add an anabolic
etc...
