call me crazy, but I've noticed Italians have some of the best genetics for powerlifting and for bodybuilding, even the skinniest Italian seems to be unusually strong for his size, and when they bodybuild, they get strong and big, fast, this without steroids. Another aspect of the so called ''good Italian genetics'' is the ''beauty'' or ''aesthetics'' that Italians have, kinda like David sculpture Italians tend to have a nice shape to their muscles. It's been said that Germans, Italians, and blacks have the best genetics for bodybuilding, and it seems so true (many Brits are very weak and small, only a few have great genetics for bodybuilding like Dorian or Jay Cutler)
