I don't agree with all his politics , but he's not an idiot.
He won't be a top tier candidate and in the end it will be Biden running with K. Harris as his VP.
Trump will get destroyed by Biden in Penn and won't win the electoral college without it.
He can call him sleepy Joe, but Biden will be sleeping in the WH in 2021.

Incompetent boob would be a more appropriate description. I live not too far from the mayors house. There’s been a construction project going on literally in his backyard. There has been delay after delay. It’s obvious they’re trying to run up the tab on the city and the contractors know that they can take it advantage of the idiot. If Trump were the mayor, it would’ve been finished a long time ago.
