I know onlyme loved this exercise.

Just saw this and thought i would post it up. 220kg for 5 reps? Real or not. NORIHIDE OGAWA

Do u consider that a prime shoulder mass builder as opposed to db press??

I love DB presses but to really get some size you gotta do heavy barbell.  But then again heavy Db's are awesome too.

Only, are you aware that B. Matthews use to do barbell presses behing the neck with 420 for reps of three and sometimes four?

Am I recalling this correctly?  Or was it simply 320? Refresh my memory.

All I know is Bob because of his super goods looks and his unreal body could have been an awesome BB and very very popular.  He was strong as shit but I really never saw him lift that often while I was there.  I do know he was super strong though.  315 I could easily see him do.  405 or above is heavy for anyone but I could maybe see him do a few
