Ronnie couldn't even find enough weight to use... Plus he is way fatter than in his other videos, especially at the end.

I haven't seen alot of bodybuilding dvd's so i'm not going to recomend it because I have only seen a couple but I like it.

dude it was not at all dissapointing...did u see his legs..OMG.....ronsters legs r insane plain insane legs.huge,thick ripped and shredded.i have neva seen any pros legs that big.ronnies freaky posing was awesome,big ron was looking bigger than ever.i think this dvd is one of the best bodybuilding dvds ever..
