I have made solid and steady gains since i was 15 years old. I am now 24. I regurlaily take protein supplements and use cutting gels. The only "pro hormone" i have used has been anti-estrogenic

You look good. I think you need to bring up your back and chest to match your traps, arms, and legs. I have a hard time believing your natural, but if you are, good for you.

No its me. I am a student (grad student), exchange from Japan. This is a picture of an outdoor pool in tokyo. I have been bodybuilding for quite some time now, and i have not taken any steroids, although i have thogh about it. the idea of injecting something in my butt check is not very appealing though, and i dont have that kind of money. thanks for the candid advice.

I was just having a little fun with ya dude. You're lookin' pretty thick. My guess is you need to focus on your lats big time but overall you've got good genetics for bodybuilding.

Wow, if that really is you, and you claim you never took any steroids..well then, you have a gift my friend..its aolmost too good to be true..you can definately make it to the pro ranks, with dedication, good diet, and well, you know...some gear ;)

Man, You guys are total douchbags. i havent said anything because i thought the immature people would just stop talking. I dun even know what to say, ive been to two other boards, and there are no where near as many assholes as in this forum. I just came on this to post my pic to get some advice and to here some constructive criticism, and ive gotten called a liar and a fake so far..... i havent said or done anything wrong but just made the simple sin of posting myself up and asking for some help. and i get attcked for it. just grow up guys. seriously. especially that guy that says hes from korea, gimme a break, what do u want me to do? send u a videotape?? who are you, i dont need to prove anything to you, if you dont wanna give me feedback, then shut up and go to the next pic. dont accuse me of being a fake and attck me for it. this is the worst forum i have ever been to, and this is the last time i am ever coming on again.

1.Muscular asians are rare and it's unlikely you'd be one.
2.Your english is too well put together for you to be japanese. My guess is a teenage american from the "slang" used in the paragraph.
3.The picture wasn't taken in japan(as you claimed) but in Korea. The letters on the umbrellas aren't even japanese.
