ALEX FEDEROV wants to personally thank the members of Apollon Gym for their kind hospitality and support while staying and training in NJ.
Alex will be at the Apollon Gym on Thursday 5/25/06 from 5pm-7pm taking pictures, signing autographs and answering questions or comments for all. American Body Building and Natures Best and BOSS Products will be giving free samples of their products as well as other giveaways. All fans are invited even if they arent members. Come meet a great guy and the future Mr. O. C-ya thursday nite!!!

From all the posts here and elsewhere, Alex seems like a really good guy. I hope he can improve his conditioning for the next show and continue to do what he can to build up his pec.

Seems like an awesome guy, I wish him luck in the future. He just needs to keep improving that pec, keep the gut from getting out of control(not that it is), and get his conditioning down. He will be very hard to beat.

Man if one could count how many times someone mentions Alexander and "chest", "tear" or "pec" or whatever to bash the guys chest. His arms are great and legs too.

With his chest, there's no way he'll place top 5 at the O. Before his pec tear, he had a great shot.

I wil definitely be there tomorrow to see the big boy off.
He was always very nice, especially with me taking pictures and videos of him day in and day out.
I wish him the best of luck and am looking forward to his return.

The pec won't improve and he will never be a top tier pro. It's a shame - if he could get the condition everything would be in place but the pec will always knock him down.

lol,go easy on me guys,i join apollon gym every year in april and train till august,i dont lift weights at all from september to april,and im 41 also which doesnt help :'(

Maybe, maybe not. Toney Freeman had the same bad tear but it seems to finally be getting closer to the other pec after a few years.

eems like a great guy, sadly I agree, he may never have the tools overall to be a Mr O top contender.I like his thickness and overall density, but feel he is one guy that will always look better in the gym than on stage.
