I don't care if frank will never be mr.o, he has one of the most awesome physique I ever seen. Fucking huge when you see him, plus he is tall. like 6"0 maybe

you know bodybuilding is a gymnastic type sport when 6' is considered tall

6'0 is probably right but I heard someone say 5'11, but if people think he is 6'0 or 6'1 he obviously has great posture.

Another thing I admire in pro physiques is height to a degree.  Usually 5'8 and up.  I don't think I would care how perfect my physique was if I was 4'10 and 1/2.  Not meaning to diss Dave Henry or anything, but it's nice to have some height.
frank is probably right on the limit sizewise of what most women would find attractive, height plus not so freaky that it looks ridiculous.

Height's definitely a factor. Ideally 5' 10" or more just looks better, more room to gracefully accomodate the size.

He looks great, with density and a more natural look that seems less common today than with the physiques from the 70s.

Sounds like you are starting with the height stuff again ;D

I hate to keep bringing up Dave Henry, but as an example, his muscularature is overwhelming, and at 4'10 and 1/2 it just wouldn't be ideal.

I completely agree about Frank being at a size which is as much as most women would go for without being freaked out by it.  He has a body for real life while also being a pro.

you obviously haven't see frank in person. Most women would think  he is way to big.

Honnestly my ex training partner is 5'7 260 lbs and looked really small next to him

David Henry looks very inconspicuous in normal street attire.
He isn't a good example for "overwhelming muscularity" in my opinion.

Dennis James is the best example. He looks ridiculous regardless of whether he's in a shirt/tie/blazer or a tank top. Entirely too wide by conventional standards.

The Gym is bodyworks in Brampton, 20 minutes north of toronto.

Kennedy/Steeles corner.

And hes got to be atleast 6, or 6"1, because im 5"10, and he was much taller.

True, but Dennis James is also 5'8 and 1/16th

My sources tell me it's 1/8th and not 1/16th.

Exactly my opinion

You can talk to the pros at expo but when they are working out I am sure they don't want to talk
