Title: "Steroid of the Month" returning to the Keeping it Real Newsletter + more!!!
Post by: Vince G, CSN MFT on July 15, 2006, 05:54:08 PM
After much thought, I've decided to bring back the "Steroid of the Month" articles,  There is other news to report from the "Keeping it Real" Newletter but its gets better.

I've completed the upgrades to my computer system, add and will now print free 2 Quarterly Newsletters.

One will be called "Live Well & Prosper" and will be for general nutrition and health.  Nothing Fancy and will problably bore a lot of people but will be the flagship newletter of the company and will mainly be a price list for different products

The other one however will be called Vince Goodrum's Better Living Thru Chemistry.  Just like Dan Duchaine's Dirty Dieting Newsletter, I will bring the extreme methods of building muscle & burning fat.  Currently there are 2 people interested in writing some articles and I'm looking for some others to help out with it.  This will not be listed on our website but one of my UG sites I have running.

To top everything off, I will be doing a 30 minute instructional video in October and a taped seminar on July 29th.  Both will be made available on Caliber Fitness for everyone.

I'm still training but I'm still expanding the business to new heights.  There are some other updates, some Shawn Ray won't like but decisions have to be made.

Yep, a couple of known writers have shown interest in the project and it never hurts to try new things.  That's how businesses grow.  Its been a while since I've done a seminar but it'll be good to get things going again and its good for promoting my business.

With all due respect, Vince, shouldn't you look like you take steroids (or at least have a physique that looks like you lift weights) before you go and dispense advice on steroids?   :-\

Did he misunderstand the instructions and forget to lift weights or something?  ;D

Only hormones vince uses are estrogenic hormones like methyl-estradiol... ;D

Vince takes steroids for the side effects only. He's experimenting to see the best shape he can get into without touching a weight or doing any cardio.

I think the best part of his steroid of the month articles is how people who know about steroids tell him to stop writing this bullshit because it could hurt someone.

Imagine if they found articles written by guys like Vince.
Vince: "Insert 4 grams of estrogen intramuscular in your pectorals everyday, in a 1 year cycle,"
Guy: " The internet doesn't lie!!

You know, you don't have to be in shape or look like youre on the stuff to write about it.  Most endocronoligists (MD's, not internet amateurs who have done one cycle and call themselves gurus on the boards) don't look like bodybuilders.  But you do have to have a certain level of knowledge.  And vince plain and simple just doesnt know a steroid from a hemmoroid.

The seminar/training DVD will be $9.95 but it will be free to watch online.  Its target market is the general public so don't expect any 400 pound squats or 300 pound bench presses from me.  I keep it simple.  I'll also discuss the use and application of the Zone Diet as well.

I think it'll do ok and its a minimum investment so it doesn't hurt to try

Actually, I can lift much heavier especially in the off-season when I'm around 230 pounds.  Even at my weight now, I'd leave your bony ass under the table.

Vince...   if you're putting it online for free, why would anyone pay $9.95 for it?

Put it online for a fee.  Many here would pay 5 or 10 dollars to get a good laugh!  ;D

As far as not charging anything for putting it online, that's my decision to make and not yours.

Vince, seriously, can you bench 300 pounds?  Not flaming - I know your competition strategy is to come in shredded.  But from what I've seen, most guys that bench 300+ from reps have a chest/sh/back/tri thickness that your pics have't displayed.

I'm not talking shit, i can't bench 300 either, not by a mile.  but what kind of weight/reps do you use for chest day?

When I was on the sauce many years ago and doing Mentzer's Heavy Duty, I actually did  2 reps for 395 pounds at my best.  I did attempt 415 but couldn't get it back up.  Never did quite reach the 400 pound mark.  I trained very heavy when I was corrections officer because you need that kind of brute strength to get the job done.  Also consider that I was solid 237 pounds at the time.

I don't lift that heavy anymore due to arthritis and back and neck problems. I now maintain moderate reps for pounds.  I keep my bench at 225 and work more now on repetition rather than maxing out.  I also incorporate a lot of machines rather than free weights.  My training program is almost the same as Chick's.

And don't judge the pictures as to what I look like.  I did that picture which no pump, no posing oil, or anything.  My next pictures I'll do after a gym session so you'll see what I would look like onstage

You're like the fat guy in the show that forgot to diet and tells everyone he's "holding some water"....

Wait!  You WERE the fat guy.  But it wasn't water, it was your carb up.

Dude, no amount of pump, Jan Tana, posing oil and great lighting could make you look remotely close to good.

395 for 2 reps easily puts you in the top 1% of gym-goers. That's incredible.

There's only two pictures of me at that time.  One sits on my mother's stereo system and shows me flexing my arm.  The other is in my files.  I won't be posting those anytime soon because I'm sure everyone would have something stupid to say.  I'll send you copies if you agree never to post them when I do find it.

As far as the 395 for 2 reps, I was happy that day but I never managed to join the 400 pound club.

some voicemail that mgmt from an NFL team left on his machine, I think.  he posted it first, then I reposted it.  by then, he had changed his mind and asked that i take it down.

Oh yeah, it was from Zach Walls from the Arizona Cardinals (retired and kicked out actually).  That Sucka MC called and left a 4 minute rant/meltdown on my message dissing me, Guy Grundy, and some other pro bodybuilders.  Once I gave him a call, I set the records straight plus after advising him what I would do if he keep calling my line, he was basically on his knees begging me not to pass along the information since him and a few other Arizona Cardinals would be looking for another job.  I still got that recording.  Funny as hell

Well if you really wanted, you could have taken 400, if you did take 395 x 2 . 400 would also go up.

Also, if you can obtain a GED you may wish to read the post again.  I said Zack Walls gave me a call dum ass.  Grundy has actually left me two messages on my business line which I still have but I wasn't talking about him.

At the time, I was still benching 325 for reps.  Does it say anywhere that it was my max lift.  After my neck injury in January, I had to change my training completely.  Less weight, more reps.

I used only one steroid and that was tren.  It was a home brew and I made it into a transdermal formula from finaplix cattle implants.  It was cheap and easy because there's lots of cattle farms in SC and I knew that I was getting legit gear.  Other than that I used  a multivitamin stack, anti-estogens,  some milk thistle and plenty of protein from the Protein Factory.

I won't discuss dosage or application because I don't want to give people the wrong idea.  Its not something I discuss much because its in the far past.  I intend to stay clean and compete in the INBF.

No, but you certainly did not say that you were doing 325 for reps.  The previous poster asked you what your best lifts are.  Most human beings translate that as asking for your max lift.  And if they don't, they usually provide the number of reps they do with the smaller weight.

Your post in that thread is from March of 2005.  Not 2006.  Your "injury" hadn't occured yet.  Cockpop.

By "anti-estogens" I assume you mean "anti-estrogens" (kinda funny you make of Grundy's spelling abilities but I digress).  So, you use anti-estrogens but still have tits that could make most girls jealous?

That's my point shithead.  The message I linked was posted in March of 2005.  You claimed to have injured your neck in January of 2006.  Since I'm talking to someone with the IQ of a 7 year-old, this means that the message was posted long before your "neck injury."  So you should've been able to bench more than "325 for reps."  Make sense?

There's no degree in steroidology, 240.  I can only go my own experience, what I've studied, and what was passed down from other known nutritional gurus.

As far as me using one steroid...how many do you need??  I've never believed in stacking or all that other crap everyone was doing.  Proper diet and nutrition, heavy training, and a touch of tren was all I needed.  I had incrediable strength and power and my lifts went through the roof.  I finished my workouts at 1pm and went to work at 3:45 but with the juice, recovery wasn't nothing.  I was able to run to emergency calls and still have the energy to mix it up with a rowdy inmate which is the reason I juiced to begin with.

I wasn't trying to win any bodybuilding shows, I was just trying to stay alive like the Bee Gees.  When you work in an enviroment like that, your life is on the line  and every day I intended to go home alive.  I may have went home with bruises and bumps every other day but its better than leaving out on a stretcher like some of my co-workers.  And its not a pretty sight

Vince - r u saying that in the jail you worked in, that you were assaulted by inmates 3-4 times per week?

That seems kinda high to me - my cousin's a correction officer in a large urban city + sure he was in a fight or two - but never came home with bumps + bruises "every other day".

If so, sounds like the jail you worked at had some serious procedure problems - their officers should not be getting punched every other day!

I think it would be a hoot if Melvince was a contestant on the Apprentice

I can just picture it now........

...THE 2 TEAMS enter the boardroom to face the Donald to see who had the best day's sales...

Donald Trump ; Ok Teams your assignment was to pick a nutritional supplement, market and sell as much in the time period alloted.

Bill P(leader of BFL Group) well we decided to market HMB and we came up with a great catchphrase..."feels like deca". We heavily marketed this offering a lamborghini thru a physique transformation contest as a first prize.

Donald Trump: what were your results.

Bill P: well we sold 50 million bottles and made a video where I got to say "tell the pilot to fuel up the jet". Did i mention that Tc gained 60lbs of muscle in 1 week off this stuff?

Donald: good job now team Cayenne pepper what did you market and what were the results?

melvince(leader of team cayenne Pepper): well we decided to market Bee Pollen and for our catchphrase we used "tastes like honey, stings like a B". We sold our product heavily concentrating on the Flea markets in the Greenville, Sc area.

Donald: And how much did you sell

Melvince: 3 bottles, but I think it is really going to catch on once they see my pics from the Metrolina when i supplemented heavily with this stuff. talk about an anabolic punch. The results speak for themselves.

Donald: team BFL go upstairs your excused. team cayenne pepper wait outside the boardroom until i call you back in. Because as you know I have to fire someone. just keeping it real and telling it like it is...............

Using one steroid can be OK -- if it's testosterone. Nobody with half a brain would use Tren by itself. (Unless you don't like sex.) That stuff, being a 19-nortestosterone derivative, shuts you down *hard*. I always run tren as part of a testosterone cycle, and even then only at a far lower dose than the test. (I did a cutting cycle about a year ago that was 1000mg test prop/week & 500mg tren acetate/week. That was a good cycle. :) )

Also, why make your own from tren cattle pellets when there are so many good UGLs around?????

Vince - r u saying that in the jail you worked in, that you were assaulted by inmates 3-4 times per week?

That seems kinda high to me - my cousin's a correction officer in a large urban city + sure he was in a fight or two - but never came home with bumps + bruises "every other day".

If so, sounds like the jail you worked at had some serious procedure problems - their officers should not be getting punched every other day!

The bumps and bruises are from routine work when an inmate has to be subdued.  You're going to generally get a few bumps and bruises anyway.  Of course there wasn't assaults every day but it was often enough to notice.  Usually when two inmates fight, I would wait until they tire themselves out and then clean up the mess.  Still going to get a bruise anyway.

This explains it all.  Vince's wife made him take tren because she knew and had a feeling inside her she absolutely didn't want to get pregnant with Vinces baby.  SHe knew how fucked up it would be because of the gene pool.  So in reality we need to all think Vinces wife for having take tren.  She definitely saved a child from certain humility. And can you imagine what it would be like growing up and having to have Vince as your dad.  Man did we luck out

As far as me using one steroid...how many do you need??  I've never believed in stacking or all that other crap everyone was doing.

How many do you need? Well, I would say that if you are going to be publishing a newsletter where your key piece is The Steroid Of The Month (again, not original), then you ought to have a little more "in the hopper" than your brief experience with just one roid... unless the Steroid Of The Month is going to be Tren each and every month.

Hey, good idea on the newsletter though... well, actually it was a good idea for the people who are already doing the same thing and, might I add, have some experience with what they are talking about, especially when it comes to gear.

And yeah, stacking is not the way to go by any means - it's only the standard... I would never "stack", not even a little Nolv when I was on a cycle of Test - I mean hell, everyone is doing that!

I can appreciate your sense of independence... I like a guy who goes against the grain - I mean, everyone is stacking and all that other crap - F them, all those guys are probably training before a competition too (overrated!). I can see you are a man who marches to the beat of your own drum.

Yes, the tren did affect my sexual prowness but I compensated by taking yohimbe and I was fine.

Again, I've never stacked anabolics.  The tren was really all I needed.  You train heavy to break down the muscle and the recovery process is when you really build muscle.  If you manage your nutritional intake properly, you'll grow.

The main reason why I didn't try stacking was because I didn't have much money at the time.  An officer's salary isn't much after you pay your union fees.  Also being an officer, I didn't want to risk getting caught in a sting shipping in stuff from a UG lab.  Getting the fina was easy, cheap and quick.  I didn't spend much and I knew I had legit gear.  That's all that mattered at the time.

You should visit my site at caliberfitness.com and check out the newsletter.  I've already written about stacks and other anabolics.

No dieting either....

With all due respect, Vince, shouldn't you look like you take steroids (or at least have a physique that looks like you lift weights) before you go and dispense advice on steroids?   :-\

What you talking about?  He looks like he take steroids.  Estrogen that is. When mixed with bee pollen and filtered through the magic stick is taking roids.  The latest form of HRT their is.   Something a menopausal bitch would use.  You didn't mention anabolic, that's what He needs.  Lugging around all that stuff at flea markets is where the weight lifting comes in.  He has to put everything he unloads back in the van.  The cardio comes in when people want their money back.

So Vince, you're telling, that the next time you take photos, it will be a gym session and you will be much more pumped than the last photo sessions that you did?

first of all vince, a gym session photoshoot doesn't make your physique any better.  your last photos, being relaxed if you claimed, shows that you look like you don't even workout and let alone, being pumped will make no difference what so ever, at least with your physique!  cmon Vince, you got too many excuses.  all we wanna hear is you fessing up the truth and see yourself as we do.  get a new mirror also cuz the one you have prolly is a full size poster of Ronnie Coleman.

Quit this f*cking nonsense and have some self realization!

Okay Vince, I see what coul be a problem with you.  You say things but people might misinterpret what you are actually saying.  So I will help (since you need it badly) to explain what you have wrote.

When I was on the sauce many years ago and doing Mentzer's Heavy Duty, I actually did  2 reps for 395 pounds at my best.  What you should have said and probably honestly forgot was.  It was BBQ sauce you were talking about.  And you forgot to put leg press 395 for 2 reps.  I did attempt 415 but couldn't get it back up.  Never did quite reach the 400 pound mark.  I trained very heavy when I was corrections officer because you need that kind of brute strength to get the job done.  Now, you accidently put "trained very heavy" when it should say "was very heavy".  Honest mistake.  Oh and you forgot the word "blow" before "job".  Another honest mistake.   Also consider that I was solid 237 pounds at the time.  Opps another typo.  "Solid" should have said "fat and rolly"

I don't lift that heavy anymore due to arthritis and back and neck problems. See now this makes it sound like you actually lifted heavy.  When we all know just getting out of bed doesn't count for lifting heavy.  If it did I would be the strongest man on earth.   I now maintain moderate reps for pounds.  I keep my bench at 225 and work more now on repetition rather than maxing out.  I also incorporate a lot of machines rather than free weights.  My training program is almost the same as Chick's.  Now, now comparing you to Chick makes it sound  like yo actually lift weights and you have some muscle.  I think you meant to say "you lifted like a chick".  I mean with those breast and smooth body fat you could easily pass for an overweight gym newbie.

And don't judge the pictures as to what I look like.  I did that picture which no pump, no posing oil, or anything.  My next pictures I'll do after a gym session so you'll see what I would look like onstage.  Now you really forgot allot stuff here.  I'll help; no lifting, no dieting, no sense of reality, no meds, no color, no razor, no sense of fashion, no clue, no education and no brains.  Hope that helps explain why you look so bad.  Also, have you discovered something new.  How will you pump up your fat to look better.  And god tell us what kind of oil are you using.
Vince you still are the Getbig comedian of choice.

I would honestly love to work out in your gym. If you are even 50% of what you are like on here, I think it would be very interesting. If anyone is ever in his area, please take him up on this kind of offer. First, we could have confirmation he exists, and second, we could see if he is anything like what he is on here. I really hope someone gets to do this.

Only 3 people from the discussion board have came up to me at the shows to chat.  That's really it.  I always let everyone know what show I'll be attending so if anyone has a problem with me, they can take it up with me, face to face.

Maybe that is why nobody has reported it? Maybe Vince "disposed" of the evidence? Or frightened them so severely, he was able to make them promise to never speak of it to anyone, ever? I am starting to think it is better nobody meets with him, we might lose some more board members. :'(

I'll let my customers and clients decide whether I know anything about health, fitness, or nutrition.

BTW, they have already decided.  That's why I've been in business for over 5 years

I highly doubt #1 you have many return customers, #2 you might have had your business for 5 years but that means absolutely nothing in reality.  What does that mean in your world.  It means you mad just enuogh to pay your server fees, your site registration fees and pay for what you sold.  I bet you anything, in those 5 years of business you never made over $100,000 a year.  No way in hell.  ANd to come on here bragging like you do and you'd be lucky to make a $1,000 a month from sales net, you are more delluisional than ever.  Keep it up though, youstill are the funniest guy on Getbig

Vince's website does so little business that his Google Page rank is 1. His Alexa traffic rank is so low, he is not even rated and out of the whole internet, Alexa shows Vince has one inbound linking site. caliberfitness.com's traffic must be about as good as a fat-girl belly button lint picking site.

It means I can pay my bills.

My online business runs itself.  I simply package the orders and do some light accounting work.  Its about 20 minutes of work every day.  For the exercise equipment, I send an email to my warehouse and everything is shipped to the person.  As far as what I net, I am an Ebay Powerseller which mean I do much more than 1,000 a month.  How much is really none of your business.  My other Ebay accounts will eventually grow just as well into Powerseller accounts.

BTW, my web-hosting fee is only 7.95 a month.  My site registration fees for all my domain names is 40.00 a year.  I buy supplements in bulk supply and don't dropship so I get a good price for my supply.

You don't know me and you don't know anything about my business or even business for that matter.

Well at least you admit you don't do much business.  You say you pay your bill which equals less than $150 a year.  You only work 20 minutes a day so that says how much business yo are doing.  Unless you are packaging $1000+ orders and only two units then you are lucky to make a hundred a day.  I like you mix in "my warehouse".  You do mean you call the manufacturer and they cut you a commission for selling their product.  But I am pretty sure that equates to less than a couple hundred a month if that.  But as long as you are paying bills thats all that counts to you

Again, you're talking about stuff you don't know.  I sell a good number of supplements and exercise equipment on a daily basis.  I'm not BB.com but I do pretty good and actually much better than other so called major companies

The problem is your interpretation of a "good number" differs greatly to mine.  You are used to doing a low volume so any number higher than that is a "good number" in your eyes.  Sorry but unless you do $100,000 a year minimum in sales you are basically just a glorified (in your eyes) swap meet vendor.  Sorry son but I do know business and we did numbers way above these.  And I just found out you are just 29 years old.  My god you are so fucked up and you are just a kid still.  Man, you must have had a shitty time most of your life.  Hope you get better.  Take your meds and sleep it off.

I'm going to tell you whether I make more than 100,000 a year or not.  I would love to shut your sorry ass up with the answer however I don't give out financial reports over the internet.  I make a good amount of money for the little time I invest in it with very low overhead.

Again, you are making a guess as to how much I sell each year on my online stores.  One thing you may have forgotten is the amount I make training people.  You may also wish to know that the actual name of my business is Caliber Enterprises, I have other online businesses other than fitness related.

And I would bring up sales.  It doesn't make a difference how much you sale, its all about how much profit you make.  If you sell $100,000 and invest $150,000 to get it then you haven't really made much.  That's what happens to lots of companies.  So I don't need your crackpot philosophy.  I'm doing just fine without you

I work only occasionally once or twice a month.  Good money for little to no work (definitely not minimum wage) and leaves me time for other things.  I plan to work a few more days because I'm taking an ISSA course right now.  I use the money for personal expenditures and to help pay the cost for competing in shows.  I don't like using money from the business for that

So before I shut my trap, let me ask...where, oh where were these contests?  Links?  Scanned pics?  Surely someone of your unlimited financial means can get some pics from your previous competition exploits for those of us that know nothing about you.  I mean, since your assertion is that at the Metrolina you WERE in shape prior to screwing up your carb-up, the other 2 shows that you have done would present you in a much more positive light.

And while I may not know my role, I do know my rolls.  Like dinner rolls.  And that they have no place in a contest diet (free advice, fat-ass).  The other rolls that I know are the disgusting fat rolls that you carry onstage when you "compete".

We all know your role is whipping boy of the BB internet boards, so roll your rolls to the Golden Corrall and get started on your precontest diet of fried chicken and bananna pudding, you fat ass, lanky limbed, goofy-looking, delusions of grandeur-having, "high-rep training", ZERO-bodybuilding potential having sack of monkey crap.

Two local shows.  Once called the East Coast Classic and one called the Mr. Muscle.  They were not NPC events but some fly by night organizations.  The Metrolina was my first " formal bodybuilding show"

In any case, I'm planning on doing 5 different shows this year.  Its a lot but they are spaced together so I will not have to hold my peak for too long with the exception of the Sharon Metereod Classic in November.

I don't know what your height is.  Trying to use Arvilla as the yardstick, as he was something like 198.5 at 6'1" i think.

I only ask because I know they have weight classes, and wasn't sure if you were going to try to aim for a particular class or not.

Then why does Arvilla look so much more muscular that you?  Shouldn't his height be a disadvantage?  Hard to believe you would compete at a weight only a few pounds lighter than he did.

You folks can keep talking, but I'll do mine onstage.

Vince you knwo you could get banned from the NPC for entering non sanctioned events.  Are you doing the Mr. Dellusional contest again this year.

I'm 2 inches shorter than Arvilla so that would not be a good yardstick

true, but arvilla will prob be a good 10 pounds of muscle bigger in his next show, i'd guess.

Also, if you can obtain a GED you may wish to read the post again.  I said Zack Walls gave me a call dum ass.  Grundy has actually left me two messages on my business line which I still have but I wasn't talking about him.

100% natural?  That's like some chick who hasn't been laid since 2001.  Now she's 100% Virgin.  You're either on the bus, of off the bus.

You are absolutely the joke of Gtebig and I am sure wherever you go.  You are one of those guys when I was younger who thought they were badass or better than others when in reality you were just a big insecure pussy.  Just like you.  You knwo what did with people like you.  Gave them Chocolate Swirlies  I am pretty sure your ugly mug knows what they are.  You appear to be one of those who got punished allot as a kid.  Please post a pic when you were in shape.  Just one.  So far noone has seen any of you.  Why do you lie.  You pretend tohave a successful business and you give advice about things you have no idea about.  Man what a loser.  But hey if itmakes you feel better then go for it.  We all know you are a joke.

Later

I want a copy of the taped seminar. Vince Pm me with details and I will give you a CC'd. Also, a question why is your avatar a picture of Dthinker from Muscle Mayham?

The Beef

Sure, price for the DVD will be 79.99 but it will include Training Log Software and some free Ebooks.

The next installment for "Steroid of the Month" will discuss Halo but the articles are going to be compiled into an Ebook that people can resell on Ebay.  The reason for this is simply to help advertise my business as the book will be littered with links to my site and products........... ;D  My writings will become legendary.

As far as the picture of Da Thinker....well I did it just to do it.

Its a business website not a personal one.  Most companies follow the same pattern so it makes the company have a bigger web presence

It could be under comedy, alien abduction, and "special learning" then the revised edition could be written by a doctor detailing delusional thoughts and dispell the myth that the book must be fake cause no one can be that retarded.

Vince G CSN MFT is taking on the whole darn crowd at Getbig and from where I am no one is close to owning him. Like Venom Vince Versace you can't pin him down!

I did notice that he used the phrase 'other nutritional gurus' and I guess that means he considers himself one. I can't argue with that. Who out there has the savy to make an anabolic home brew and then use it? The results speak for themselves.

I have seen a lot of guys miss 400 in the bench. Vince G CSN MFT is the first to do 2 X 395 but never get the 400. I did 3 X 375 and made 410 strict.

I think he was wise to quit the prison job. I know how inmates can target guys and give them a roasting. Some might have staged fights to belt the heck out of Goodrum! Those dudes would have figured out Triple V and given him a serving or two.

I swear this is a funny thread. I thank Melvince for keeping it going. That proves he is a good sport. Heck, he is learning. No roids and no white trunks. The future looks good for him. I would buy a T-shirt or two with Goodrum on the front. There is money to be made cashing in on the Goodrum bandwagon.

There's no talk because I'm not competing.  I was training at home with the staph and got much leaner but since Adonis refuses to compete against me, I'm not going to waste my time.

Not only that, I have my new website www.caliberenterprises.c om to promote so I pretty much called it a year

You're stonewalling.  You were going to do it before Adonis ever entered the discussion, but now no?  You are full of crap with regard to the staph infection.  In an earlier post, I asked you a series of medical questions about said infection and which antibiotic course of treatment you were given...questions that you never answered.

November 4, Elite.  Take a look and you'll have a chance to see what a person can look like when they train hard, don't skip cardio and adhere to a strict diet.

And stop calling everyone Sunshine...makes you sound gay.

And the sentence wherein you used the word "sunshine" is not a question, therefore question marks are not appropriate.  Invest in a remedial grammar book, you really come across as quite uneducated.

No, in fact my buddy Jerome was there at the Mountaineer and he was as sharp as a tack.  He took first in the jr middleweights.  I also ran into James Ward there as well who was an WNBF Pro so that's definitely not the case.

When you use gear and you come off, sometimes it messes up your system and that's what happenned to me.  My T-levels were around 400 but thanks to some Bulgarian Tribulas, I've brought it back to around 900.  I compete clean as
a whistle and don't bullshit about it

But getting back to you, are you stating that you are completely natural???  I've heard some rich comments from you lately???

But getting back to you, are you stating that you are completely natural???  I've heard some rich comments from you lately???

Vince, I must admit some confusion here.  The only thing that I have discussed on the boards, to my best recollection, is using a diuretic.  Unless I am mistakes, these compounds are not remotely related to anabolics of any kind.  So, I am not opposed to personal diuretic usage...I guess that means that I am not completely natural.

You win, Vince.  You win.

Regardless of what you're using, I wish you best of luck at the Elite.  However, don't go cracking on someone unless you know everything behind it.  I did better this year and next year I'll be even better.  That's all I care about

Vince G CSN MFT, can you illuminate us about that neck injury in January? Maybe we can avoid doing what happened to you? I mean, who would want to lose half of his strength in the bench press! By the way, good for you to keep training. You didn't tell us about this injury so now that makes you a modest guy because you enterred a contest anyway when if fact you should have been in a hospital. Just for the record, how many reps can you do with 225 in the bench press?

Teen driver hit sideswipped me and when off the road into a concrete wall.  Hitting the wall did very little damage as I went flush against it but my head hit the roof when I went up on the sidewalk.

As far as reps with 225, don't know.  Really depends on when I do them.  Sometimes its my first exercise and I can blast them out but if I do them after dips then not very many

If Melvin hurt himself in a car accident surely he will be entitled for massive compensation. Whiplash could very well have affected his training and if a court were to view these threads the humiliation suffered because he was not able to train heavy any more would allow a huge payout. I hope the insurance company paid for his medical expenses.

About the bench press. Can you do 10 full reps with 225? Just trying to assess the damage that accident caused you.

Whiplash injuries can cost insurance companies heaps. At least $10,000 and much more. Especially when it almost ended your bodybuilding career. You should have a claim for massive damages. Your legal team got you the price of Chinese takeaway! Heck, you need legal advice! You should have gone straight to the hospital and then worn a neck brace for 6 months. Or at least until the payout arrived.

1.  I charge less for my services and I am truly the one stop shop center for all bodybuilders
2.  All of my athletes still have their kidneys and liver
3.  Desite my lack of success, I compete 100% naturally with no steroids or anything...I don't hide behind a keyboard
4.  I don't run a "dropship business"  all of my products are directly bought.  Nothing on credit.  No-one keeps it gangsta like me and push weight like me
5.  People love me or hate me, but even without blue stars they sure know me
6.  I'm funny as hell on the internet and don't take myself seriously when I'm not working
7.  I keep it real and tell it like it is.  Who else would publish
8.  I don't love those ho's
9.  I brought Bee Pollen and Cayenne Pepper to the bodybuilding world.

10.  Last but not least.....I have the "The Magic Stick"...... ;D

1.  I charge less for my services and I am truly the one stop shop center for all bodybuilders.  You are worth less.  You have no actual experience and live off lies
2.  All of my athletes still have their kidneys and liver. Cause they don't listen to you thank god
3.  Desite my lack of success, I compete 100% naturally with no steroids or anything...I don't hide behind a keyboard.  You do hide behind the keyboard.  So far you have not once shown up to a place when you are called out.  And it is pretty evident you don't do roids.  Nor do you diet or lift weights. Now that is natural alright.
4.  I don't run a "dropship business"  all of my products are directly bought.  Nothing on credit.  No-one keeps it gangsta like me and push weight like me  Dude you sell barely $1000 a month off your sight.
5.  People love me or hate me, but even without blue stars they sure know me  Yes and they hate you too
6.  I'm funny as hell on the internet and don't take myself seriously when I'm not working  Either does anyone else
7.  I keep it real and tell it like it is.  Who else would publish

Ok here is the situation. I was on the bowl taking a dump after a 10 plate feed at a local chinese buffet I farted and burped at the same time and pinched a nerve in my neck from the whiplash action as I let go.
Do I have a claim against the buffet?

There's only two pictures of me at that time.  One sits on my mother's stereo system and shows me flexing my arm.
I feel for her :-\

I used only one steroid and that was tren.  It was a home brew and I made it into a transdermal formula from finaplix cattle implants.  It was cheap and easy because there's lots of cattle farms in SC and I knew that I was getting legit gear.  Other than that I used  a multivitamin stack, anti-estogens,  some milk thistle and plenty of protein from the Protein Factory.
Of course you did.

Its a lot but they are spaced together so I will not have to hold my peak for too long
Yeah, you don't want to be fat for too long. Increases possibility of heart related diseases and the such.

My T-levels were around 400 but thanks to some Bulgarian Tribulas, I've brought it back to around 900.
Is that Bulgarian for "a new pair"? That would explain the numbers but something must've gone wrong with the procedure since you're still pretty much a biotch.

After reading this entire thread for the last 30-45 minutes, I have come up with this conclusion:

Crack is a helluva drug.

Oh, I agree, this thread is hilarious.

Especially the way Keith is owning Melvin everywhere, and the only thing Melvin can say back is "You don't know me" or "I have the figures right here but I won't post them".

Aahahaha, what a pile of mung.

I'm better and here's why.

10.  Last but not least.....I have the "The Magic Stick"...... ;D

WOW..................... .....
