lesner has great athletic ability for someone his size but gracie would still tear him apart.
-
yeah, lesnar is just another athletic guy . . . it's not like he has wrestling background or anything.

You're thinking of Kurt Angle. Lesnar was a NCAA wrestler.

not just any NCAA wrestler, he was a heavyweight champion . . . could have very easily made the olympic team if that was the direction he was inclined to go in.
he is probably training with gracie to round out his skills. smart thing to do.

There are a lot of very good NCAA wrestlers that don't make the USA Olympic team, Al. I'm not saying the Lesnar isn't good enough I just wouldn't jump to that conclusion so quickly.
Training with Gracie is okay but, IMO, it would be to limited. He should have stuck with Miletech and training to be a better all around MMA fighter like Matt Hughes.
I am curious to see how he does against seasoned and very experienced martial artists and MMA fighters. It'll be an interesting show.

He should look up a camp that would suit his style and background the best, giving him sparring partners his size etc.

In fighting, the bigger they are, the harder they fall.
-
Is there any word of him wanting to fight?
He had a very good wrestling carrer in college and I wouldn't doubt he'd make the transition well.
Agree, the militech camp would be a perfect place for him. All around excellent fighters and a huge # of top guys.
