three quarter pound sirloin tip hamburger on whole wheat bread with a hunk of sharp cheddar and a big slice of tomato and DiGiorno pasta salad.
me too. they have this new law here whereby shoplifters are not done for less than £70.
So all the shoplifters(crack/drugheads) know this.
I was in the pub and they come in with a choice of sirloin or t-bone from the supermarket next door (for £1).
So I ate steak for supper.
I know I ought not support them, but it was funny and I ate well xL

there was something else i was gonna say about dinner, but i'll come back to it.
it's midnight here.
i've asked already (and obviously ought not on a thread about food), but...
where is the box to start a thread? If I do that once, it might be a good idea then I'll fuck off. Oh wow it's just now started major downpour here, after a hot day and great food and fun pub etc.
Waaaa. It stopped raining in one minute. mad weather xL

aww shucks :P
ok want the scampi version, or the cream based version, or any specific version. I have 1000's of recipes of all types
-
Chicken & Shrimp Pasta #1
4 ounces butter or smart balance
2 teaspoons Cajun spice mix ( i make my own and make it spicier by adding ground thai chili's)
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 pound fresh linguini pasta ( i like to use the tri-clored kind, but regualr is fine)
1/2 cup clam juice (low dodium is better)
2 ounces green bell peppers, cut into thin strips
2 ounces red bell peppers, cut into thin strips
2 ounces yellow bell peppers, cut into thin strips
4 ounces red onions, cut into thin strips
1/2 pound fresh medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Place the butter into a saute pan. Allow the butter to melt
slightly. Add the seasoning into the pan and stir together with the
melted butter. Add the chicken into the pan and continue to cook
until the chicken is about half done.
While the chicken is cooking, carefully place the pasta into boiling
water and cook until al dente.
Pour the clam juice into the pan. Add the peppers and onions. Cook
for another minute, making sure the vegetables are heated through and
the chicken is almost done. Add the shrimp into the pan. Toss the
ingredients together and continue to cook until the shrimp are almost
done. Add the tomatoes into then pan. Continue to cook mixture until
both the shrimp and chicken are thoroughly cooked through.
combine pasta and ingredients or serve pasts and spoon ingrediants over it.
-
i will also add white wine and heavy cream to this to make it more rich

sometimes i add roasted herbed tomatoes. also pretty damn good if you add mussles or clams to it
-
Ok now you're making me hungry!
-
this works too if you have left over rotisserie chicken. or if you are out of pasta sub in rice
-
Stop it! You're gonna make me go raid the frig >:( :P
-
or, take some grilled shrimp and chicken, some pesto, and asiago/mozzeralla cheese. Either make a pzza crust or by the ready-made style. Spread teh pesto over teh crust as you would tomatoe sauce, throw on some red onions, the shrimp and chicken then ocver with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
or get some barbecue sauce and toss in some grilled chicken, use the bbq sauce as you ould tomatoe sauce on the pizza, add the chciken red onions and any veggies you want. melt some cheese on it and quick bbq chicken pizza
-
Somebody's just asking for a whooping... >:(
-
the other thing i like to make is puff pastry layered with a cream cheese vanilla mousse. make several layers then i top it off with strawberries, blackberries, raspberry an kiwi. Other fruits work well. Then i bruush it with an apricot glaze.
I do the same thin but instead fo the puff pastry i'll make a graham cracker crust and turn into a fruit pie with cream cheese mousse filling
-
That's it >:( prepare for a spanking!
-
dipping lady fingers half way in chocolate and then rolling it in chooped roasted pecans or macadamia nuts then serving it with coffee is good too
