diet no the couch is calling and you work so hard just sit for awile...do you want a big bowl of potato chips and how about ordering pizza... ;D you can't diet in the fall with all the comfortable clothes getting unpacked from the back of the closet...ohhh those sweats from last winter....theres always new years...

just got back in from an ALTA Tennis match. We were hosting so we had to bring the food. First match is 8:45am. Our breakfast foods, were sub sanwiches, a cooler of beer and gatorade, chips and cookies. ;D

hay, hay...i keep up with my cardio girlie!! According to the doc, I'm 4 lbs underweight. Ive only put on 11lbs in 6 mos. Still under 130 lbs!!
If my breasts didn't grow to their D size, I would have a few lbs to spare!! :o

I was going to go on a 2 week diet. But after about 3 days I looked fine so I stopped. Now, though, my goals are a bit different. I want to get very lean again because I feel like a fat, bloated frog. >:( So I'm going to commit to 4 weeks.

I would love to watch your progress in a thread like that.
Ron would be the only one who would be able to make something like that happen. I think it would have to be a special board though. There is an additional board on here that only a small percentage of getbig can see, so it is possible. I don't know if Ron would be willing to make a whole other board for this, but it can't hurt to ask him.
If he declines, maybe you'd want to put it on your myspace page and just give your page address to whomever you would be comfortable with? :)

Well, my Myspace page is not at all about fitness or bodybuilding. There's a pic or two on there, but it's intent is to introduce ME to people, and bodybuilding is only a small portion of ME. So I don't think I'll do it there.
I'll ask Ron, but I don't think he'll honor that big of a request. I'll think of other ways to do it too, in the meantime.
