...if you'll be competing in the O. I need to slide you into a position on my Muscle Fantasy League picks. It'll really screw up my chances of winning if I don't know whether to include you.

As far as I can tell he is going to try but the IFBB could tell him 5 minutes in advance he's not allowed if they want to screw him over.
