Guys is a know fact that Alzado died from CNS Lymphoma. No gear not hgh. Central nervous system lymphoma is a geneticly determined and driven disease.  Now taking hgh may have spead up the spreadding of the disease as everything in your body grow faster than normal when a higher dose than your body can produce is administered.

Seriously bros this is a great question. I say people should stop watching so much tv and pounding: so much junk food and take up a martial art or some sort of self defense. Once a person moves with the confidence they can defend themselves if needed  everything changes. The bad guys pick different targets, the once target now not only is moving without fear, they now have the confidence and self realization to pursue their dreams that @ 1tine may have seemed to be out of their reach.

That's correct.  I didn't realize it happened that late last season - I had to look it up. That makes this accomplishment all that much more impressive.  The guy is a damn beast!!

I really hope Adrian breaks the record. I guy like him, loves the fucking game and had to sit for a good amount of last season with the torn ACL.  You see when you love a game so much, the way AP does, just sitting on the sidelines watching and not being able to participate hurts, it just grinds a mental hole in him not being able to be out there.

After sitting for that period of time and being forced to watch and not play, he is just going all out and giving it all he's got and them some. You see most RBs after a game and they look all beat up from being hit so much.  Not him - you see him in an interview post game and he just has a smile from ear to ear.

You know I was raised catholic - to believe there is a God who controls all and decides who goes to heaven or hell.  They I see things happening out there in the world like this video clip. A big full sized man abusing a helpless child. Now mind you I'm 45 yrs old -I believe there is a time and place for physical punishment as dicipline for kids who need that type of thing. It can be very effective when done correctly and in a non-abusive manor. I got as good whack when I was a kid and I fucked up. It happens. I don't give a fuck what the next guy/pussified adult says like never hit kids or whatever. Kids need swift dicipline and punishment in order to mold them correctly.  This video is not the way to do that.

 So I see this video - poor kid - this is abuse as there is NEVER a reason to treat a child like this - fuckn never.  This POS step dad will get his- believe me. It's the kid I worry about. How will he be 10 years down the line after living thru a childhood like this?   Then I think of that football player - that jagoff on the Chiefs.  Kills his girlfriend, the mother of his kid, then drives to the teams headquarters and kills himself.  This leaves the little girl without parents and basically alone in the world.  What we need to keep in mind here is the guy is 60. I think if he was taking a boatload of GH he'd be much heavier and also very sick. It looks to me like he's about 15 lbs lighter than he was in the 80's  I 60 yr old body can't hold up to the 20 - 40 ui GH routine the pros follow these days not to mention the multiple insulin shots taken daily both IM and subq.  This guy won the 1980 IFBB Pro Mr.International.  You know that's 32 years ago - that blows my mind.  Besides that this guy is a smart guy.  I don't know how old you are but Andreas started and ran a successful Bodybuilding competition accessory business for many years that he started from scratch all while he was @ his physical peak and competing. That company may still be around.

The fact that this guy has  the drive to get into this shape @ this age while having nothing to prove is in itself just phenominal.

I totally realize that every guy @ the masters has hit the genetic lottery being in the top .025 % of all humans as far as BB genetics go but Andreas looks fuckn amazing for a guy of 30 years of age let alone 60. And he is a vegitarian.  This means no meat and depending on what level of vegatarianism he follows, none of them eat meat of any sort.  I mean look @ the volume and quality of muscle he is proving is possible without loading our digestive tracks up with pounds of meat - chicken, beef, lamb, etc...

  This should be motivation to all of us.  That's amazing - 60-  damn it.   Conditioning is probably 70% diet even for those with the best God given metabolisims.

I currently ride a 2001 yama FZ-1. This is my 3rd bike and I got it 4 months ago. 998 cc technically so its reffered oto as a liter bike. All original with the exception or being piped and jetted.  For those of u non-riders that means an aftermarket spip on muffler and a jet kit installed in the 4synced carbs. The jetting basicall matches the pipe so the input and output match froma volume/presure perspective. 9500 miles on her (2500 are mine)

I'm def not in the position to judge another man but the more i research and find out what these guys have to do to get so heavy in muscular condition,  the worse i feel about this profession-sport. AAS is the last thing on these guys minds
