There are no mandatory movements in2 minute routine...only 45 sec... From the rule book...on the IFBB Pro League site There are several revisions after the original....Ammendments are found on Pro League website.
45 Second "1. In Round One (RD1), each competitor is called onstage, individually and in numerical order, to perform a 45-second fitness routine. Each competitor is introduced by number, name and country. 2. The competitor must perform six mandatory movements (three strength and three flexibility), in the following order: a. Two one-arm pushups done in succession b. Four high kicks (alternating legs) c. One straddle hold d. One full side split e. One leg extension hold
3. The 45-second routine must be choreographed to one continuous piece of music (no music changes)."
2 Minute "1. In Round Three (RD3), each competitor is announced by number, name and country and is called onstage, in numerical order, to perform an individual aerobic/dance routine to music of her own choice. 2. The routine has a maximum duration of two minutes. The sound technician shall keep track of the time and, at the two-minute point, will fade out the competitor’s music over a period of five seconds. 3. The two-minute routine may be choreographed to one or more pieces of music (competitor's choice). 4. The routine should include elements of strength, flexibility, dance, gymnastics, aerobic movements and cardiovascular endurance. 5. Costumes and props may be used; however, the Chief Judge must be notified, in advance, of the use of props."
There are only 5 moves in the 45 now since they removed the center split. And to clarify the "leg extension hold" is an L press. As for as the 2 minute goes: The music must change at least 3 times in the 2 minute routine supposedly every 45 seconds and within each of these sections there must be at least one strength and one flexiblilty move demonstrated. The competitors are also required to wear either dance shoes or athletic shoes.

Alex there are a lot of thing to take in to consideation here! If you are going to bring your girls over here you need to do your homework! Whatever that colour that you are using I am assuming its "dreamtan: will get them blown off the stage next to the other girls, they will look like bronze statues standing next to the other athletes! Next: THE SHOES have got to go! every picture I have seen from Europe they have god awful pointy black shoes or shoes the colour of their bathing suits, CLEAR SHOES ONLY AND NO PLATFORMS! And thirdly you need to study the difference in posing styles take Tracy or Adella for example they don't "look like they're posing" that is the key! The pictures I have seen look like frozen statues! Again not hating just trying to give you some constructive criticism so if they are spending the money to fly here they at least deserve a shot!

This is mostly for the Fitness/Figure girls, but Crunch is only a few blocks away from the Jackie Gleason! We have a huge Studio with a wooden floor, tanning salon next door! As there will be extremely limited time/space availably more so at the end of the week get in touch with me ASAP if you would just like to rent some floor space for run throughs, or if you would like some last minute coaching I may have some time for that as well. (Although I am pretty booked that week already!) Also for Figure girls I am quite good at helping with posing, its not about the body but how you present it!!! contact me at KCreegan@crunch.com. Thanks and create yourself a beautiful day!

Just wanted to wish everyone good luck at the show I've heard nothing but great things from the girls that I've had in the show in the past! (PS I hear that the competition floor is very springy!! Great for jumps and tumbling!) Special shout out to Angie Semsch and Jennifer Cassity (this is her pro debut should turn a few heads with her great skill level and beautiful physique not to mention she is drop dead gorgeous!) Also to Mavis you've always been one of my favorite "hometown" girls from Fla., you looked GREAT at S States! go out there and sell it girl! You've got the whole package!
