What in Mr. Han's prosthetic bladed hand is going on here?Curious? I think I recognize that stance. It anticipates the execution of a side sacrifice-throw. Is it in preparation for the Sutemi Waza Bambino? If it is, it's reputed to be a very advanced (and very dangerous) move. A difficult maneuver to perform, you use it by situating yourself and the baby in a disadvantageous position to eventually gain the upper hand on your opponent. The idea is to strategically utilize a charging opponent’s momentum by throwing yourself and the baby backward toward the ground, cleverly rotating your hips and trunk, and then disconnecting with your opponent when he grabs the baby instead of you as he slams down on the hard, cold ground. The result of which is that you emerge intact and balanced in a ready position to inflict any of 10,000 fatal finishing moves should you require the effort (seldom needed, though the baby might require emergency medical attention, but not always). It’s as brilliant as it is deadly. hahahahahah!!!.... ahhh you know budo!...do you train?...what art?

been bb sice the 70s. was lucky enuff to lift and work in some of the most famous infamous gyms in america. I never left bb but for a decade from mid 90s to erly 2000s moved to desolate area. Still trained but wasnt exposed to pros or those type of bb anymore. Its been mentioned on here in another thread but let me relay my exerience. in the early 2000s i was able to begin frequenting golds venice again. Guys got HUGE. but i was imediatly struck by hmm who was the german guy who was always in the ads big double page spreads and that company later hired ruhl to be in the ads too? here was just one example of a guy who had shoulders like a barn door who trained and walked around like a slug. and them i started to notice that almost every pro trained like a slug with moderate weights. I wondered how in the hell they were so massive. of course i didn;t wonder long. but gone today is the sense of urgency. the drop sets. the super and giant sets. the intensity. I don't think ive seen a pro in the last ten years rush to another machine either to do a superset or just rush beacuse they didn't want to rest to long. Golds used to be filled with people doing that. Now i think the drugs do most of the work.
hahah moving around like a slug......i like that big Leroy would have none of that!

Since California is so expensive, Kongo is finishing the rest of his camp back in the UK and leaves tomorrow. From now until the 21st of April, it would have cost him a minimum of $10k just for housing exceeding his camp budget way over cost. It would be about 25% cheaper in the UK. Today he asked me to go and the compensation would be GREAT since he see's me more than his other trainers (he's with me five days per week). At this point his conditioning is off the hook with his sparring sessions lasting one full hour non-stop, as well as his strength (435lbs squat, 465 x 2 on DL) he has never been this conditioned or strong. His entire camp will cost him around $30k.
Obviously the money would great, but with my son starting his baseball season and leaving my business in someones else's hands + being gone for over a month in a half would take it's toll emotionally. I told him (of course) it's waay too short of notice with family and business. If I go, looks like I would wait at the beginning of April, but even then, I hate to leave my family even for 2-3 weeks. Shit, I have never gone more than 3 days without seeing my boy. This is an emotional decision.
Thoughts? (and not from the usual assholes)
a month in a half......hahahah a fukn month "in" a half.......a month inside a half LOOOL

While there are many different species of aliens in existence, we have 7 main (intelligent) types of alien beings. According to Riley Martin, these 7 intelligent alien races sit on a "high council" and reside together on a mother ship near Saturn. From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riley_MartinMartin describes seven types of extraterrestrial beings who reside in a mother ship near Saturn: the Biaviians, the aliens who have had the most interaction with Martin, who are short with large heads, the Targzissians, who are "obviously" Reptilians, the Stagyians, who have a bony, leathery appearance and a peaceful and scientific disposition, the Dorians, who resemble blonde-haired, blue-eyed humans (see Nordic aliens), the Insectillians (a.k.a. the Skreed), who are "smart bugs" five feet tall, the Nyptonians, who are "water people" with "underwater bases" on Earth.[4] A seventh type of alien that cannot be pronounced by humans. These seven types are the intelligent extraterrestrial beings allowed to sit on a "high council". There are other extraterrestrial beings whose species are not represented on the council. lmfao......the dorians ---- blonde hair and blue eyes.....are they muscular by any chance?

Getbig Main Boards / Gossip & Opinions / Re: Johny Falcon and other craftsmen, how can I fix my ceiling?
|

still unable to fix this
i went around to home depots like shops
but the things they have to glue on the ceiling are way smaller than what i have
and i just dont understand how it was before it was removed
from the looks of it there was a space between the thing and the wall
and normally it's supposed to be between ceiling and wall
seemed to be like it was between ceiling and mid-air? (just connected on the side walls
wtf
this is really giving me a headache
im a plasterer from uk....the coving has been cut back more than needed or the person doing the job has attempted to put coving up along that window wall, but only attaching it to the ceiling......and then maybe having their blinds running (hidden ) behind the coving taking the rest of the coving down will most likely damage the ceiling and walls and if the ceiling and walls are papered then the damage will be greater. strip all paper and coving and full skim will do the trick ;-)
