any gym owners out there that have used one of these companies for postcard mailing?
I'd like to hear reviews on results you had before i invest in one of these mass mailing programs

you consider having a contest promoter think highly enough of him to have him guest pose alongside Jay as being "owned" ?? 

Before turning pro he was ranked as the #2 amateur NPC competitor in the country.... I'd say it was a well deserved pro card
