 hello, frnds i ve injured my FOREARM EXTENSOR MUSCLE a month back ,i visited 2 docs and 1 said its muscle spasm and other said muscle pull .. so i took some muscle relexants for a wk and did sum physiotheraphy. now but still i cant lift heavy (like 1st used to curl 75 kgs barbell curls now i can curl only 40 kgs that to with sum pain!).. and that only happens when i do bicep..... any thing i can do as its frustrating me!!!!

I had the identical problem about 7-8 months ago. What worked for me was to tightly wrap my forearms when I lifted biceps. I also found that certain types of curls hurt worse than others (you know it when you feel it) so for awhile I avoided the ones that hurt the worst. Between the wrapping and temporaily staying away from the most painful exercises, the pain subsided in about two months and has not reoccurred since.

i did the same but i also got some physio done.. it helped

guys had a talk with my frnd and he says that for women it is important to train with HEAVY weights and do cardio everyday so they burn fat.. but i said doin cardio 4 times a wk and training moderate weights 2 times a week is enough!
as i think cardio and diet is more important to loose FAT! what u all say??

guys i party on weekends but dont drink any alcohol like vodka ,rum,tequila etc.
im planning to have red or white wine ,so was wondering is it good or is it same like having alcohol?? last week i had 3-4 glasses of red and white wine , and had a hangover type effect the next day...
