ya im 36m, 180 lbs, trying to size up
got the Bowflex dumbells for xmas
i really want to start serious but dunno how
tried the gyms around here but theyre like ymca etc
really need a serious guide
i do alot of kungfu to stay in shape and want to add a good weight program now

he works at a computer shop and does it in his spare time it costs him thousands to make and used his friends to help. its a hobby thing, theres tons of these films out there.
