PKAZ- any training info? I was at the Santa Monica World at that time, perhaps just different times of the day. I used to come in during the late afternoon after work. Loved the springy bars on the close set bench presses, as well as the back patio, I remember using the squat rack on the far right on the patio and being able to see the ocean through the apartments. A great time.

I remember training at his gym in, the old World Gym in Panorama City. He used very moderate weights with what seemed like 15 - 20 reps per set, it also seemed like he used about the same weight through out all of the sets of a particular exercise. I wish I could remember more about his training.

You people talk a lot of shit for never having known him or trained during that era. And yes I know him and trained with him. Judge not lest yee be judged. Let the first one amongst you who has not sinned cast the first stone. I'm not saying what might have happened was right, but if you read the Bible you know that it is not ours to judge.

My wife and I use about a tablespoon of it mixed with about 2 oz. of water at each meal. It burns a little bit going down but has completely erased any heartburn or indigestion issues we had previously. Properly digesting your food means that you are making the nutrients more available to you.
