Hey I have used various brands of creatine over the last five years. on and off . i always gain water weight when im taking creatine but does it held with muscle growth ? sure the pumps are beter as well but is it really helping with growth .
I have used various brands of creatine for 4 years. on and off. when im on i gain 5-8 lbs in water, get better pumps etc. when im off it, i loose weight [water] . Is it working , does creatine help with muscle growth or just make you hold water??
