x2, cracker is in the wrong here, the black man is very restrained in not knocking him out cold.
The white guy should not have thrown coffee on the car. That is obviously a dick move. He should have been expecting some reaction. But, for the black man to knock him out? That is just an example of no intelligence. A stern voice and direction would have had the same affect as all those monkey shines.  |

Again, try to refrain from racism fellas. - Discuss It amazes me that people think this is funny, or a correct way to act, or perhaps tough. This is just one idiot yelling at a another idiot. To make a video, put music to it, and post it? This is an example of what kids think is entertaining. Unfortunately people watch this and do think its funny, or that they should emulate these types of actions. |

there is a reason gh15 does not respond to your call...
you should know by now that this is not natural....read the bible.. read his posts...
about the dude in pic:
look at his traps and shoulders.... no natural ever has traps.... never... just doesn't happen... not like that.. swollen..
he is on low doses ofcourse but he is not natural...
That has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever read on this board. I have traps. Swollen. Yet, have never touched any sort of gear. I am sure you misunderstood GH15's writings. Easy to do! |

Yesterday 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, a lot of spinach, a cup of egg whites, mac n' cheese, 1lb sirloin strip Today is the same with the addition of 10-15 Budweisers and 6-8 jaegerbomb shots commencing in one hours. Only the cleanest for me! |

I don't understand the "1 beer at dinner" or "glass of wine a night" crew. What is the point on consuming alcohol unless you are doing it to get drunk? I'm either not going to drink at all, or going all out 10+ drinks, going out to the bars hitting on every hot female in sight, etc.
Agreed. Some of my "maturing" friends will say they are going out to grab a beer....why?! Do I want to go? No. Now if someone said, " Want to go have a shitload of drinks and see where the day takes us?" Fuck yeah! Sounds like a lot of fun. |

tris dips never feel them in my tris as much as chest.. also going as heavy as you can on skulls well for me wrecks the elbows
Yeah, today is my arm day too. I switch things around all the time, but no matter what, 2-3 sets of 21s are a for sure killer pump. |

I said I thought I could still build muscle at my age and completely natural and without any supplements whatever. I am into the experiment now and completed my 4th arm workout today. Training only arms at the moment. Biceps and triceps supersets. Ending in 6 sets with the maximum resistance. Progressing rapidly which is almost scary! Mostly regaining some of my former size. I am confident I can get bigger arms than I have previouly had. Should be an interesting experiment. I will show you guys because I need a strong incentive to keep this training going. So far there is no hint of any diminished response to hypertrophy training. This is what I predicted for myself. I can't say it would be the same for everyone else. I won't even consider using any drugs or supplements. This is a purely natural experiment to show what is possible as one gets older.

What the fuck did the black dude even start shit with him in the 1st place. looked like he was sleeping.
The black guy was talking about where he was at...the white guy probably was correcting him, or telling him to be quiet. Either way, the black guy should have just kept his mouth shut and mind his own biz. Guy sleeping was not trying to bother anyone, just sleep. |

I am sure you purchased "your" gyms with all the money you made while being a student assistant. As well, I am sure your esteemed position as a student assistant has paid for your living expenses for the past 11 years since you've completed H.S.. Me uneducated, wouldn't say that. A Bachelors Degree and less has gotten many people far more in this world than a "phd". Bitter, no, just don't like smug nosed piss holes such as yourself.
