i like galanti s physique but common...vinnie would have been top 6 at the new york pro show? 

i remember seeing king guest pose in south jersey when he first turned pro...had never seen a guest poser as out of shape as that...it was pretty entertaining though seeing his fat ass up their dancing and pop locking for like 10 min.

well for me its about being comfortable...i'm only 5'9 and weight about 225-230 but i buy 5x or 6x t's for working out...i got a bunch of the plain white t's...theyre actually not as big as you would think once u have them on.

i wouldnt think he is...the guy just did his first npc show in 2003.

he won noc and sos in 2003...those werent his first 2 pro show....i think he came in like 9th at his first noc.

jeeez...their are some bodybuilders out there who have huge distended stomachs but DJ is not one of them...yes i know his gut is somewhat distended but its not as bad as some of you are making it seem...yes i have seem him live onstage...he does need to work on controling it especially while he doing his routine and when hes relaxed...to say it ruins the rest of his physique is crazy...for a lesser bodybuilder it would ruin their physique but not for someone who is otherwise as complete as DJ...its a sad day for bodybuilding when  dennis james loses to a very overrated dareem charles.

yes that dream tan looks terrible...i have used dream tan formula 2 lightly over a coat of protan and the color comes out great.

i always take glutamine,  atleast 15-20g....and protein shakes are a must for me...u need to figure out how much protein u need to be taking in.

thats hardcore precontest dieting...just ask ronnie.

i think keeping his mouth shut...staying off the boards...and figure out a way to bring up his terrible arms and forearms would be a good start.

the town is called kennilworth...went to that show a few years ago, the hs was a few minutes of the parkway.

its a damn shame that all anyone wants to talk about is DJs stomach...its also a damn shame that someone with a physique like dareem charles can beat him...someone who has no thickness from the back, no quad sweep from the front, terrible hams, terrible calves....oh but look at that tiny waist and no gut  ;Dhes awsome...the only way that should ever happen is if DJ is way off condition wise and dareem is spot on but that wasnt the case....DJ is on stage somewhere in the 260 range so what if his gut is a little distended....he needs to control it better onstage as ronnie has done...were not talking bout dave palumbo or greg kovacs....DJ is a 1st tier bodybuilder...the only other criticism that can be given on his physique is that his lats tie in a little high...other than that he has full round muscle bellies and his level of muscularity is overwhelming... the standards used to judge the mr O should apply to all contests.
