Would you often target different parts of the biceps and triceps systematically in the workout, even in the off-season?

Do you take any of those 20 sets to failure in a typical off-season work-out, if so how many?

I believe he also has a bigger rear lat spread than Ronnie or Markus. Both of whom have fairly high lats in comparison to Atwood.
