When I cut for my show, I used a combination of 120 minutes of cardio a day, carb cycling, and hydroxycut hardcore.  I loved it.  I could almost watch the fat melt off.  It was crazy.  I have been very impressed with all muscletech products I have ever used.  I've really never been one to use a fat burner ever, but this last bulking phase, I put on a bit more than intended and the cutting phase was a bit hard, so I pulled the hydroxycut hardcore in at 12 weeks and saw and immediate change.  With any good diet and cardio plan, I highly reccomend it. 

Here is another great protein pancake recipe:  (especially for cutting)

Protein Pancakes (makes 2 pancakes)
2 scoops whey (vanilla works best)
2 egg whites
1 packet sugar free cider mix
1 T. sugar free Torani sugar free carmel syrup (ya know the coffee syrup)

*mix, pour into pan, and serve
*devour!

I use Golden Griddle's sugar free maple syrup with mine....there is only 8 grams of carbs.  This works great on a low carb day...Enjoy!

That's an interesting questions.  I think that Lee has a point though.  Look at ourselves.  We are all guilty of judging those before we know them.  It's sad, but it's truly ingrained in our society.

I just stare at Jay Cutler and think, "dang, his wife is one lucky woman."  My honey is starting to thicken up as well.....I'm working on that one;)

For me, if it's based on first appearance though, I can usually see through the shirt how thick a guy is and that is such an attraction.  Guys like Jay and Gustavo are absolutely beautiful to look at.

I am a personal trainer and trust me there have been some ugly scenes that I have had to be put through.  My ultimate favorite was watching a trainer attempt to teach her clients how to do Tai Bo and explained to them how the punching would help strengthen their pecs.....mmmmm, yeah.  I love watching the trainers who don't know how to teach basic muscle growth weight training, try and take clients on the stabilizer ball or the dyna disc then tell their client how this will help them get big muscles.  Uhhhh, I don't remember seeing the dyna disc in Ronnie Coleman's dvds.  I think he would deflate the thing if he got on it.  hehehehehe! 

Nice frame....maybe work on widening the upper lats just a smidge to work with the larger biceps....maybe some reverse latpulls and straight arm lat press or db pullovers.  Good build!

Personally I love the tie in of the pectoralis major into the deltoids.....this only works if the guy is freaking thick, though.  Jay Cutler's is beautiful.
