I'm in a similar situation..........

I read on some other board that a good newbie cycle with test.E would go something like this:
first 4 weeks:250mg every 5th day
next four weeks:250 mg every 4th day
and the last 4 weeks:250mg every 3rd day

so i followed this routine for the first 4 weeks and after browsing through this board i changed my mind and decided to up the dosage to a total of 500mg/week(divided into 2 shots, monday&friday), I've been on this dosage for the past 4 weeks and my question is should I go off as planned, that is after 12 weeks, or should i add another week or two due to lower dosage in the first 4 weeks??

i was very nervous and sweating like a pig, well after I pulled the needle out (i injected into my thighs) and saw some spots of blood my heart rate went through the roof, I couldn't sit down for a while and kept walking in circles at high pace, the next 2 hours i was scared as hell........well when the time for my 4th injection came i took a closer look at the writing on the ampule and it said ''Nandrolone Dacanoate'', I checked the rest of the gear and it seemed to be ''real'' judging by the writing, but then it hit me.......why would someone sell me 10 amps which contained only one fake, I know i was a dumbass for not checking the gear after getting it,guess i learned my lesson the hard way   

the guy in the last clip deserves a good beating, oh well since that video is available for public viewing my guess is he's been punished enough
