Absolutley no natural woman has ever looked like DLB.
I call bullshit.
Not that I care if she uses, it is what it is.
And he cant very well reveal her use now, it would destroy the image that has been crafted to help make her successful.
So, I dont really blame him.
I think this is how most of us feel. It is just fun watching him take so much shit! |

Higher reps and lighter weight. It has worked wonders for me. I always hated trying to rest it and when I started to lighten the weights, things got better in a couple of weeks. I still feel it from time to time, but it is much better.
Even if it is only 5 pounds try it out.

You must work out in that mythical gym where everyone is either ripped to shreds, or benches at least 405.  Lot of guys here train there, funny i've been training for 30 + years and every gym I've ever been to...80% of the people look like absolute nothing, 15% are in good shape, and 5% look great This is a bodybuilding board with worldwide membership, and "dozens" of guys here aren't that cut, I don't think he's all that common dude...he's shredded as fuck LOL! I was thinking the exact same thing! |

I've always wanted to ask the juiced up personal trainers at my gym how I can get as big as them. To see if any of them give me an honest answer. Then call them out on there bullshit if they tell me its all hard work and supps etc. I wonder if they can kick you out of the gym for this? The bigger the audience the better.
Trainers would never admit that to someone asking a question like that. Why would they risk losing their job? Calling them out wouldn't do anything. It's not like you could prove it. |
