I never knew anyone who hit their sciatic nerve.

So basically if you pierce that nerve, your leg is limp for life?   Huh

if you sever a nerve cell, it doesn't grow back, doesn't repair itself, its gone, just like brain cells, they don't grow back.

so even the width of a 5/8 or insult needle going threw any nerve; is enough to cause damage to your ability to move or operate the limb the nerve is serving.

so for your road map for injections, goggle the human-body's nervous system and see where in which muscle groups the nerves are run threw and avoid hit that where.

not say don't do that muscle group just don't hit the area in the muscle group where the nerve could be layed out

try to stick to large muscle groups when starting out. Quads, delts, glutes.

Asked a few nurses what muscles would be best for IM, they said Quads and Shoulders, Glutes, they said are hardly used b/c of the Sciatic nerve (hit that and your leg is gone) and they use 1.5inch needles.

And if you think our 1 inch hurts, I'm laughing at you, old people take 1.5" for meds when they don't have IV's. LOL

Plus the larger the muscle group the more #CC you can hit them with.

The scramble eggs above has the following  nutrition information

Cals 370
Protein 36gs
Carbs 6g
Fat 25g

The fats, are healthy, and the carbs are due to the vegs and yolk of the eggs.
Adjust whole XL eggs with Egg whites if your dieting like myself.
* I burn more than enough cals in a week to enjoy my eggs. *

Classic with a Twist!

Scramble Eggs

5 XL Eggs
1/4 cup of Onions (Chopped)
1 Slice of Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Slice of Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Clove of Broccoli (Slice the buds off the trunks; Eat the trunks while you cook (no waste) buds go into the pan)


Spices
Fine Herbes
Oregano leaves
Herbes de Provence

The pan was sprayed with Extra olive oil (PAM) before cooking.

Thats why the wife (an RN) does my shots, whether I have shake hands or not.
She get extra practice, and I don't worry about fucking up on a shoulder or leg.

everything is cooked/made/prepared before going to bed.

meal 1:
250ml of liquid egg whites (2 whole eggs)
1 oz of green veggies (broccoli, green peppers)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
3 cups of water

meal 2:
5 oz of chicken breast
3 oz of yam
1/2 cup of greens
3 cups of water

meal 3: 
5 oz of chicken breast 
3 cups of water
1/2  cup greens

meal 4:
10 oz steak AAA
3 oz yam
1/2 cup of greens
3 cups of water

meal 5
etc. etc. etc.
3 cups of water

That a sample of a 'real food' diet, added more meals off this layout as needed. Supplements are for missed meals, or pre/post workouts.

one bag of frozen green beans equals roughly 30 grams of carbs. the same amount of broccoli yields pretty much the same amount of carbs. so two, maybe three bags of green beans/broccoli will be plenty to replenish glycogen. and by replenishing with either of those, you are doing much more than just eating carbs...the broccoli is an extremely potent estrogen blocker, fiber will remove any fat sitting in your digestive track, and both contains tons of vitamines and minerals wich will help you digest and utilize whatever protein you eat post workout a million times better. rice, oatmeal, or anyother type of carb wont do any of that for you. plus...they dont allow you to eat a big amount of food...and for a hungry person(like myself) being able to eat large quantities of food is necessary. very necessary..

You a crazy bitch if you think that veggies are going to help you in replacing 'simple carbs' Dude google the fucking veggies and see what type of carb index they are. then when your educated come back and say 'sorry' to all the people who you told to eat veggies after a workout.

if you have your shake in the morning, no you don't need your 3 eggs until 2 hours later. So your first 'break' at work.

To make sure your body doesn't eat up all that protein to fast you could throw some oats in your blender and add that to your shakes.

Try this for day one:  3 sets of 15lbs for 50 reps, of dbells curls. Then superset with triceps of close-press beach of just 75lbs (45lbs (bar) + 30lbs weight)

Day two:heavy weight, for 1-4 reps. for both muscle groups.

no iggy, 150-200mgs is a basic replacement....less can shut you down. hell, a few dbol a day will shut you down. that is why there is no such thing as the common myth called "bridging". youre either on...or off.

i think i get what you are asking though....looking for a lower dose, yet not too low to just shut you down. right?

500mgs for the 12 weeks is good...go with it...

any other compounds?

I'm doing just Test E because it is cheap and I don't trust the other "stuff" my current dealer offers, At least I know the Test Works.

alright, lets clear some things up.

Why: new cycle
Reason: Summer, and to add not alot of mass, but emough to do the trick.

I wanted to know how much you (everyone) would have to take of Test before their natural test shuts down. 200mg every 7 days, is what I'm hearing.

So basiclly just take 500mg test E every week for say 12 weeks with the full blown kit for PCT.

Sorry for the confusion, just quick research before I go on to a new cycle.

 how much test do you have to take per week to replace, your natural test levels?  If the person's natural test - levels were normal.
